Rule are simple, you make a wish and the next person makes a reply to that wish, then they make a wish. For example:
I wish I didn't have to go to school so I could play Osu all the time.

The next person will go:

Granted but you have no hands.

I wish I had a mountain of Chocolate

Granted, but since there was no value of Love and Peace specified, only 0.00001mm of it actually came to. And it disappeared quite fast as well.
