После того, как добавил полоски, тебе нужно будет реснапнуть ноты, т. е. приклеить их на тики заново. Для этого в самом верху есть меню Timing, там красным цветом выделены три строчки. Тебе нужна первая, Resnap All Notes. Щёлкаешь, соглашаешься, всё.

Please be careful with muting hitsounds with 5%, and there is information, that is some cases it's unrankable.

Он и будет виден, проверь сам в тестмоде, стек создаётся автоматически. Впрочем, ты можешь не трогать эти ноты, поскольку они всего лишь чуть-чуть выпали из-под слайдеров. Запрещено выкручивать в настройках карты Stack Leniency в ноль, тогда стопочек не будет.
