Alright, changed almost every error of the beatmap I consider. Beatmap now looks more better. In Hard the note positioning is not random now. I have changed the combos, and fixed the spinners. I also changed the offset now. Thank you all.

I know spacing is wacked, but it's still readable, surprisingly. I'd keep it mostly as-is.
Your combos seem a bit random, though. For this song every eight beats may work.
You need some more Finish hitsounds. A good place would be 00:50:68 (1), IMO. (You can keep the clap there, too.)
Personally I would use a much higher slider velocity.

00:39:91 (1,2,3,1,1,1,1) - Spread these out. Uuuugly.
00:43:08 (1,2,3,4,5) - The patterns like these are fine but some parts of them are obstructed by sliders which kills readability. I would move them further away from the sliders so not even the approach circle hits them.
01:00:81 (1) - Replace with a spinner?
01:11:90 (x) - Why no notes here?
01:21:71 (1,1,2,3,4,5,1,2,1,2,1,2,3,1,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,1,1,2,3,4,5,1,2,1,2,1,2,3,1,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1) - Or whatever, the repeated section. You should add variation. The song is repetitive as it is and I think writing a new pattern for this repeated part of the music would be benefitial.
01:49:58 (1) - Replace with a few 1/4's or 1/8 or whatever to match the trumpet?
01:52:12 (1,4) - etc. Whitles?
02:02:33 (2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4) - Not easy to see that these are ... whatever they are in the timing. They seem off, too. Also, add a new combo to (2).

I would probably turn distance snap on because some of the spacing was quite disorienting.
Also, I agree with the weird combo locations. I would recommend you keep it constant not like 00:24:08 (5,1,1,1,1) and 00:34:68 (6,7,8,9) in normal.
I would also recommend you change the way you place your notes to form more straight line because your spacing is a placement is also a little random in positioning.

On another note, I kind of like some of normal's patterns and beat placement such as the sword and 00:24:08 (5,1,1,1,1).

Alright, changed almost every mistake of the beatmap I consider. Beatmap now looks more better. In Hard the note positioning is not random now. I have changed the combos, and fixed the spinners. Thank you all.

Use slider tick rate 2 for easy.
Some beats are bad spaced. Example on easy : 01:35:01 (1,2,3,4,5) On normal : 00:21:54 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9)
Some beats sounds bad. Example 00:30:01 (1) on all diff's.

[Easy]

00:25:34 (7) - 1 square up.
00:28:51 (1) - Remove new combo.

00:32:94 (3) - Too close from (2).
00:58:83 (3) - Start this here -> 00:58:91 And fix break.

[00:21:540] from now until the spinner (not for the lat two brown beats), try a "rhythm chart" like this:
clap-normal-clap-normal, clap-normal-clap-normal and so on!
[00:31:670] from now until 00:39:579, try to use again upper rhythm chart, maybe adding some sounds where it's normal
(oh, and use a finish for the spinner!)
[00:46:240] (1) whistle ALL this slider and add a clap beat on 00:50:670
[00:53:210] (1, 2, 3) try to whistle all the beats on this series

[00:32:155] (2) Suggestion: move this 1/6 beat forward.
[00:43:081] (1,2) This jump is huge.. Are you sure you want it to be there? :D
[00:49:415] (4, 5) Do you want this jump to be here?
[01:33:753] (1,2,3,4,5] Spacing o_O especially 1 and 2 have a friggin large jump :o
[01:49:588] (1) Put finish hitsound here.

The constantly changing spacing makes the map a bit confusing but I think its playable map.

00:58:28 (2) - This beat should be a bit higher.
01:35:03 (1,2,3,4,5) - Each beat should be closer to each other.
02:18:72 (3,4,5,6) - Compared to other beats in the combo, these are too close to each other (quite dumb if the other beats have the same timing as these)

[Normal]

00:31:91 (1,2,3,1,1,1,1) - I sincerely think these should be just one combo.
01:33:74 (1,2,3,4,5) - Why is the sword figure different from the one you've been using? You should place beats 4 and 5 back to the original spot.

[Hard]

00:39:91 (1,2,3,1,1,1,1) - Again, I would put this in one combo.


Other than that, all nice. I love hard despite it's chaotic layout. It's fun ^^

The notes aren't grid snapped, it isn't spaced, and so much of it so... ugh I dunno how to describe it. Look at ranked maps in editor to work out the kind of stuff you're doing wrong.

... Ok, I haven't used a lot the grid snap, but you said in chat you can't hit the notes with any accuracy, I can make 100% and make an S, my brother, and others, so not using any grid snap doesn't mean you have 0 accuracy .... I'll GRID SNAP EVERYTHING -.-''
