In general:
I think the 6/4 meter sections sound a tiny bit more like 3/4, but I'm not sure. Not that it makes much of a difference.
I love the Ran slider.

Here's a couple suggestions:

[Fight69's Easy]
00:53:504 (3) - I think it might match the music better if you shortened this slider so that it's 1 beat each way instead of 1.5 beats, then add a circle when it currently ends. This would give you a hitsound on every white tick, and the music has a note on every white tick.
01:00:383 (1) - I don't think this is enough cooldown time after a spinner for an Easy diff. (In my opinion, spinners on Easy should end before the next hit even starts to approach.) Try ending the spinner 2 beats earlier.
02:41:464 (1) - Same as above.
03:16:622 (1) - Same as above. You could also try ending this 4 beats earlier instead of 2, to end on the first of the three cymbals.
03:42:418 (1) - Same as the above spinners.
02:41:273 (3) - Try moving this to below (2), so that the cursor is closer to the center when the spinner appears. That should be a bit more newbie-friendly.

[Normal]
00:01:529 (1,2,3) - Considering how far apart these notes are, I'd just newcombo all three of them, then remove the newcombo at 00:06:115 (1).
00:29:045 (1,2,3) - Same as above, but no newcombo to remove this time.
01:45:477 (1) - First slider after a velocity change doesn't have any tick marks in it, which can make for an unintentional trap. I'm not sure how to fix this, though. Maybe put some kind of hint in the storyboard? (Say, make the background change color a la Youmu's time-dilation, for the duration of the x0.50 slider velocity section.)
01:53:884 (1) - Same as above.
03:16:814 (1) - Not sure if this spinner has enough cooldown time.
The song gets noticeably harder over time - I'm guessing this is intentional, but I thought I'd point it out just in case it isn't.

[Hard]
00:01:529 (1,2,3) - Same comment as [Normal].
00:29:045 (1,2,3) - Same comment as [Normal].
00:34:205 (1,2,3,4,5) - Try spacing out (1) and (5) to make a better-looking pentagon. Try these positions:
(1): x:160 y:320
(2): x:104 y:144
(3): x:256 y:32 (no change)
(4): x:408 y:144
(5): x:352 y:320
Alternatively, this could be a good opportunity to make a star shape. Just replace (1), (2), (3), (4), (5) in the above coordinates with (2), (4), (1), (3), (5) respectively. Then highlight all 5 of them, hit Ctrl+Shift+S, and scale them down a bit so that the newly-created jumps aren't too excessive.
02:25:986 (1) - This slider looks ugly. Try removing the red point, then stretch out the gray points a bit to compensate so that the slider doesn't become too short.
03:56:176 (8) - Maybe add a newcombo here?

the only thing I could suggest here is to set 1000 for Audio Lead-In in all difficulties via notepad.

02:34:776 - is this finish was in purpose? or it's missplaced? :/ cause it makes too much noise,whistle works much better here imo

03:51:208 (1,2) - distance between them is a bit unusual,though I had no problems with reading it
but if possible,fix it,at least like this:
03:58:755 (6) - but this one is major and really neccessary to fix,though music helps to read this blue tick,distance still looks like 1/1
so..fixing spacing here will be appreciated

02:02:101 (2,3) - there's a new discovered bug in osu! when 2 or more sliders stacked in the same point - stacking doesn't occur
and as zero stacking leniency is unrankable,we were asked to force mappers to fix such moments
you may fix it by moving 02:02:674 (3) 1 grid down and right (lvl4)
or change these sliders in different way

02:13:757 (1) - a bit close to previous object,increase distance a bit?
03:40:507 (3) - reverse selection here? it'd solve distance issue between 03:39:360 (2,3,4)

Alright, here we go!
I will actually suggest something radical, but I think it works better than current stuff, gives you more freedom too.

[Hard]
  1. Suggestion: Rename this diff to Insane. Keep all the settings though.
  2. 01:51:400 (1) - Remove this new combo and add it to 01:52:356 (3). Follows the music better.
  3. 02:27:706 (4) - I would say you are missing a clap on the slider start.
  4. 02:35:158 (4) - Make this a new combo instead of the next one, follows the music better.
  5. 03:02:673 (1) - Finish at the start?
  6. 03:30:188 (1) - You can make this slider more pretty, just move your upper middlepoint a bit higher.
  7. 03:36:303 (9) - New combo and remove it from 03:37:641 (1). Follows the music better.
  8. 03:51:590 (2) - I find it weird to not have a finish here, and have it at 03:53:118 (1). Should remove it from that (1) and add it to the start of this slider imo.
  9. 03:59:233 (5) - Add a finish maybe?
  10. 04:03:819 (2) - ^ at the start.
  11. 03:56:176 (8,9,10,11,12) - I think this is too hard for a Hard. If you chose to rename to insane, I am okay with those though.

  1. Suggestion: Rename this diff to Hard. Put AR to 7, OD to 5 and HPDrain to 5.

  2. 00:23:695 (3,4) - Oh god, let me nazi this please! Move 3 by 1 grid up, and move 4 by 1 grid left. This evens out the spacing and the pattern looks better! Oh dear I'm so gonna get hated for this. xD
The folder and the taiko looked okay.
Renaming the diffs give a closer description on how they play imo, and while the easy does play like an easy, I think it has quite high SV for an easy, so there is no harm in calling it a normal.
