I think the 6/4 meter sections sound a tiny bit more like 3/4, but I'm not sure. Not that it makes much of a difference.
I love the Ran slider.
Here's a couple suggestions:

00:53:504 (3) - I think it might match the music better if you shortened this slider so that it's 1 beat each way instead of 1.5 beats, then add a circle when it currently ends. This would give you a hitsound on every white tick, and the music has a note on every white tick.
01:00:383 (1) - I don't think this is enough cooldown time after a spinner for an Easy diff. (In my opinion, spinners on Easy should end before the next hit even starts to approach.) Try ending the spinner 2 beats earlier.
02:41:464 (1) - Same as above.
03:16:622 (1) - Same as above. You could also try ending this 4 beats earlier instead of 2, to end on the first of the three cymbals.
03:42:418 (1) - Same as the above spinners.
02:41:273 (3) - Try moving this to below (2), so that the cursor is closer to the center when the spinner appears. That should be a bit more newbie-friendly.

00:01:529 (1,2,3) - Considering how far apart these notes are, I'd just newcombo all three of them, then remove the newcombo at 00:06:115 (1).

01:45:477 (1) - First slider after a velocity change doesn't have any tick marks in it, which can make for an unintentional trap. I'm not sure how to fix this, though. Maybe put some kind of hint in the storyboard? (Say, make the background change color a la Youmu's time-dilation, for the duration of the x0.50 slider velocity section.)

03:16:814 (1) - Not sure if this spinner has enough cooldown time.
The song gets noticeably harder over time - I'm guessing this is intentional, but I thought I'd point it out just in case it isn't.

00:34:205 (1,2,3,4,5) - Try spacing out (1) and (5) to make a better-looking pentagon. Try these positions:

(5): x:352 y:320
Alternatively, this could be a good opportunity to make a star shape. Just replace (1), (2), (3), (4), (5) in the above coordinates with (2), (4), (1), (3), (5) respectively. Then highlight all 5 of them, hit Ctrl+Shift+S, and scale them down a bit so that the newly-created jumps aren't too excessive.
02:25:986 (1) - This slider looks ugly. Try removing the red point, then stretch out the gray points a bit to compensate so that the slider doesn't become too short.
