Why not let them participate as USSR? If they cannot get enough players to participate as a country, it would be nice to let them.

Exactly, if their coutries don't have enough active players to participate, why not let them create a team that incorporates all of those countries?

After 2 days of sign-ups we've fulfilled a half of the slots amount, 16. 9 teams are from Europe, 3 from America, 3 from Asia and 1 from Oceania. I'm glad the tournament got such a good frequency so far!
