Change the first bpm line from 943 to 933, not sure if the offset for it is entirely correct as I didn't extensively check it, but it's way better at the very least.
I'd encourage to follow this suggestion. Not only the timing points would be more "proper", but also having blind faith on the .mp3's provided is not a good argument as some files (Such as this one) are not perfect by any means. Therefore, I wouldn't disregard this suggestion, specially after having tried it myself and seemingly being way more accurate this way.
The timing point change in fact is definitely warranted. Notice how the vocals before 00:12:933 between 00:12:213 - 00:12:933 actually go in line with the previous BPM, which would justify having this tempo change at 00:12:933 and not before.
