A general statement I wanna make for you is you really need to STOP with the perfect overlaps and overlapping multiple notes during different NCs. I know its kind of like a bail out way to get out of the corner of a section when you are trying to map but it ruins the readability and gameplay if you spam it everywhere. I would say just try to utilize your spacing more and don't be afraid to space things a little further than you anticipate.
I would say it's more consistent and properly done rather then "spam." What you're saying is subjective and yes, it's good to throw your opinion out there, but I think how it's mapped it is a very common mapping theme that lots of other mappers employ. any map that's almost 6* with 9ar+ is perfectly fine to stack / overlap as long as it's done consistently
Also I enjoy patterns & maps where you have to adapt and read :o
