You have the English title from the primary source - so just use that and put the Chinese title in the tags.

I took the Metadata from Akareh's set so I didn't check it initially.
According to Akareh, vinchi is credited in the song's description in youtube as "Arranger, REmixing Engineer and Mastering Engineer"
You dian yi si was in tags as the chinese title to the song, it stands for a romanization so I assume after adding the following post it should be alright to keep.
There's some parts of the song that fall under glitch hop, so I guess It's relevant.

After talking to Akareh, we decided to standardize it at 1/6, as we consider 1/7 would be a bit too weird for the Insane. We also took into consideration the 1/12 and 1/16 section in the top diff to opt for it.
