01:11:593 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,4) - this entire 3/4 section feels kind of brutal, especially because it already starts off with active mapping. Just maybe if you began this part with 3/4 (reverse) sliders to introduce the rhythm, it could work but the way it currently is, this is too complex to understand for complete beginners.
I've redone both of the Kiais (3 and 7) with 3/4 reverses. The 1:32 active 3/4s are still here though because they need to play more powerfully than 01:32:926 thru 01:38:259 and also the melody is so much more clear to follow than the percussion backings that the drums should not distract from what the player is supposed to be listening for
idk how this section looked previously but what exactly are these 1/2 following? The red tick beat, maybe. But the slider ends (02:20:037 - 02:21:815 - 02:23:593 - etc.) essentially fall on nothing impactful. The way you mapped this feels super forced, just to have some 1/2 for the sake of having 1/2. Consider removing / simplifying this.
These are representative of the "melodic" buzzes in this section. The actual sounds demand 1/4 rhythms, but since thats a definite no on an Easy diff, I chose some passive 1/2 reverses because I feel they still convey the general idea of the song
I did remove the 1/2s from unlimited power though
