In my opinion the chain at 03:07:494 is quite long for an oni right now, even with the spinner.
I suggest you tone this part down a little by removing 03:11:780 for example. With that you could also remove 03:21:938 (17,18) - for consistency while also creating a little break on that second dense part.
I don't think it'll be a problem if you ignore the wub there since I think the vocals and other instrumentals are way more important and you get some nice emphasis on the vocals by removing these notes.
Suggest reducing OD of Oni to 5 or 5.5 due to the very high SV usage making accurately hitting notes not trivial.
Personally, I disagree with this and definitely think the Oni OD should be 5.5 or even 6.
This oni is pretty dense and has some longer patterns which suggests it's a pretty hard oni so a higher OD would definitely fit here, especially since the topdiff is also OD 7. The high SV here doesn't really justify OD 5 in my opinion.
There's many barlines that are significantly slower than the notes around it (i.e. 00:08:121). This makes reading notes difficult for players at this level.
The high and constantly changing SV makes notes already somewhat difficult to read, and barlines are usually one of the few ways for players at this level to discern where notes go.
It's fine for Eternity, but suggest reverting such bars for Oni.
