I suggest highlighting this barline using low SV separately, which would highlight the abrupt fading wub effect at 00:09:081 ~ 00:09:319. To do this, shift 00:09:399 this note 1ms back and also 1.8x SV value 1ms back (you can do this in the map file or you can change the map offset to 1 back without shifting the notes, follow the steps above and then shift the offset back), then add a 1x barline to 00:09:399.
