Audio: 214kbps avg, ogg too high. I sent you the new audio file via discord, it's 206kbps. 
Timing:
- Offset might need +5ms (788 -> 793) to all points. Don't forget to resnap preview point.
- No resets needed.
OD/HP: I would probably up the OD/HP of the bottom three diffs by 0.5/0.5 (so start at 6.5/6.5 on the Easy).
BG: 2560x1440, 854kb, all good.
Files: A fair amount of samples have almost 5ms delay, I think it's probably better to cut it out. For example, b_dbbass4_00002_c.ogg has about 3ms delay

Please rename your audio file to only use unicode characters as some computers (like mine) crap themselves with non-unicode filenames. Just go with good ol' classic audio.ogg and rename AudioFilename in the .osu of each difficulty to audio.ogg.

Is this not bloated? It clips at 16kHz but the file is 192kbps. In order for a 192kbps to match up it has to be 19kHz

1MB, not bad but this can be compressed further with a slightly lower quality by converting it into a .jpg file

- "つよい." apparently the team name for BMS, I'm not expierenced with BMS but I thought this could be something important to note
-"strong." English translation of つよい.
Remove:
- "hardcore symphonic hardcore gothic hardcore," seems like you got repeated tags.
- "THE BMS OF FIGHTERS EighTeen Summer Dream Traveler," already in sources but just slighty different.
I'm also unaware of where "gabba ローリエットグリモワール" comes from even after checking all the sources you used. So if you could enlighten me that would be useful.

You could have a kiai, although it is not requiried for RC. A suggestion is to apply them at 00:32:900 - 00:42:042, or 01:27:757 - 01:46:042, or you could use both.
