Doesnt make sense if you mapped both sections with the same rhythm density due to the different intensities

This overmapping would be your style, but I think sound is too weak to map with stream things. Additionally its expression is too similar with 00:16:844 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13) - which have much stronger drum sounds.
I highly recommend replacing them into reverse slider thing or smaller spacing for expressing lower intensity.
I'll nerf the spacing for contrast of these intro streams before the more pronounced 1/4 kicks. do you think that I should also nerf the spacing for 03:54:215 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18) - 03:56:272 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15) - as well? Or would those be fine as they are due to the higher pitch of the section carrying some of intensity of the previous section to justify the spacing?
I don't nc 00:14:101 (18) - as I think it would look weird for there to be 2 nc back to back with 00:14:444 (1) - so I follow the same pattern here and don't nc these 2 kicksliders as it is too close to 00:16:501 (1) - in time
I want to keep the straight sliders and red anchor sliders. I do try to add a bit of variation by ctrl+g on the longer red anchor sliders such as with 00:21:643 (2) - and 00:24:386 (2) -
just a deviation from the repetitive rhythm choice so the player will notice it as a sort of signal that it's the end of a section and transition into another one
00:41:358 (4,5,6) - feels too large compared to other parts, reducing it would be better. If you wanted to emphasize this last part, 00:42:215 (2,3,4,5) - mapping it with larger spacing would be nice too.

and then 01:15:815 (1,2,3,4,1) - is just trying to make it follow drum so it plays similarly to other sections
I believe that it plays fine and changing to the drums for the last 5 notes is justified to make variation in rhythm to give more emphasis on vocals immediately after it
01:15:815 (1,2,3,4,1) - even though the pitch of the drum is doing down (from snares to toms in this case), the spacing of the burst is significantly increased here compared to 01:14:786 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1). Is there any reason for this? I suggest you reduce spacing of the burst a bit to match better the drums.
On a side note, reducing spacing also creates contrast with the pitch jump in the vocals on the slider, which is always appreciated!
01:16:158 (1,2,3) - You used this pattern at the beginning of the kiai, consider changing this
true it is kinda repetitive with the slidershapes, but I try to make object placement different and reuse some of the structure with how objects interact with each other
It's consistent throughout this section and after the first stack I think a player sightreading can figure it out and not find it that weird. imo this represents the drums and vocals pretty well with the pause in cursor movement

the sounds you are trying to compare it to, those sounds are very different. the increased spacing is highlighting the last note like at 01:37:415 (1,2,3,4,1) - and 01:48:043 (1,2,3,4,1) - as the drums end on a sort of high note that I have to put emphasis on. I do it with a 6 note slider to stream at 1x spacing following the sv and just delete one note before the end of the stream to give that emphasis while not affecting the gameplay too much. I think this is appropriate and doesn't really need to be changed
01:49:586 (3,1) - You always use these two same slider types on this sound, consider adding some variety to this
I like to keep these curved and red anchor slider shapes but I will try my best to have variation with the placement of them
01:53:529 (2,3) - To emphasize the vocals better, I suggest making a double here, that way you can also create a blanket like you did for 01:49:586 (3,1).

I tried it with different slidershapes and I don't usually scale down the 2 red anchors slider to be anything but 1/1 but for this one case I will as other slidershapes just do not play well with the surrounding objects and clash too much with the consistent slidershapes that I use
02:12:043 (1) - objective suggestion, but I think that a distorted/anchored slider like you did on 02:11:015 (1) would fit better to fit the sound of the guitar. Not really an issue though.
I tried it with a slidershape like 00:51:986 (2) - but making jumps after it where the first note will be blanketed by the slider does not look or play well with future objects. the long curved slider is sufficient

this map doesn't have any short stream with gradual acceleration in spacing. it has 02:18:558 (1,2,3,4,1) - this little decelerating stream but that's it. I don't want too much break in consistency

I've also tried changing the triplet to come out more from the top or right side but it makes the overlap horrendous between 02:30:043 (1,1) -

Adjusted surrounding objects and changed the shape of the triplet to make it not look like it's a 1/4 pattern anymore. Also made the spacing a little less different between 02:30:043 (1,2) - and 02:30:729 (1,2) - but can still justify the difference with the increasing intensity
to match the increasing intensity and indicate to the player that there will be a more spaced 1/4 pattern than the previous objects
02:54:901 (1,2,3,1,2,3,4,1) - I feel like the start of the kiai doesn't really match the intensity of the song. These are arguably the most intense vocals, so the spacing can be a lot bigger. Especially compared to jumps like 03:01:072 (1,2,3) - spacing here is pretty big for how calm the vocals are compared to the start of the chorus

I did make that a triplet because it plays better with the object placement but I can also justify it by saying it is one long vocal unlike how the 5 note bursts I use often have 2 syllables or different pitches so this pause in cursor movement can contribute to putting more emphasis on 03:22:329 (1) -
