I take notes of some stuff if you want to read https://docs.google.com/document/d/1XjOfEr8voKFSknr-kYt3vh0m8BnxNbp1ncMo4Kaqh7g/edit
Cool map, with one major flaw imo.
This map suffers from very inconsistent spacing, mostly on the jumps. While the jumps flow well and are predictable, the spacing is overdone on parts of the song where there is a solo voice (see 02:06:215 (1,2,3,1), 01:22:329 (1,2,3,1), 03:01:072 (1,2,3,1) etc. In some other parts, there are huge jumps that come out of the blue, and seem unwarranted (for example 03:20:443 (2,3,1)).
On the other hand, while I think the contrast between kiai and non kiai spacing is generally well executed (see the difference between 00:54:215 to 01:04:501 and the kiai which follows it), some of the jumps where the voices are combined, especially during the kiai feel very underwhelming (for example, 01:06:729 (2,3,4,1), 01:19:243 (2,3), 01:50:615 (2,3,4,1), etc.)
And lastly, we come to the difficulty spike at the end. The overall intensity is overall higher than the previous sections due to the pitch shift. However, the spacing during the kiai section is significantly smaller than during the non kiai section!
Kiai: 03:07:415 (2,3,4,1,2,3,1)
Non-kiai: 03:32:272 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8)
So my best advice for that last point is to make 03:27:815 to 03:49:758 a kiai section to justify that, especially since this is a part where all singers are singing together, you could definitely count that as a chorus or as one of the key parts of the song.
a bit agree with a lack of contrast at the end 03:27:815(only in this section) cuz some jumps feels like really overdone for non-kiai, taking into consideration that it is first jumps like it is on the whole map. Yeah it probably good idea to make a bit more spacing here, but i some moment like 03:32:272 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - 03:36:043 (1,2,3) - it looks a bit weird
also want to notice that if stick to logic of progression, last kiai may be more spaced that it is now, cuz not it really looks like indentical with previous 2 kiais, so mostly need in some parts increase spacing to solve problem
kiai sections can also have some contrast in spacing. 01:08:786 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - should be the hardest jumps because its the most emphasized vocals in the song. Following it is 01:11:186 -> 01:14:615 which is like a rest part and so jumps should be much less spaced (atm too spaced).
To address inadequate spacing in sections with combined vocals in the kiai, I have overall buffed them with both #3661766/10090169 and #3663133/10090250. To better justify the spacing in 03:27:815 (1) - 03:49:758 (1) , I have marked it as kiai and subtly nerfed spacing overall, notably 03:32:272 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - and 03:43:243 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8) -. I have also significantly nerfed parts of the kiai where there is only one voice. This ends up sacrificing structure and cleanliness that I've tried to hold on to but I'll still do it.
00:21:301 (1) - to 00:43:158 (4) - : yyyyyyy the synth is doing such cool stuff yet y are you following the drum???????????? that part of the song is so simple in rhythm compare to the synth
I follow synth more for 00:40:501 (1) - to break the repetitive pattern and signal to the player that it is the end of the section. will consider diversifying the rhythm
after playing back and listening many times over and over. I believe that my rhythm choice is fine here as adding more circle dense rhythms like 00:41:186 (3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5) - would be too much so I just leave it like that to highlight the end of the section with the break in repetition
