00:13:109 (1) - I know it's an insane. But it's quite a short spinner, with a very mean gap in both time and distance from the next object 00:13:979 (1) - (assuming you're spinning is very central)
Could just use a slider here like on Mattay's Expert

permalink

ye, agreed, changed the spinner by slider

00:24:804 (4) - missing whistle hitsound here

permalink

i'm not mapping vocals here to add whistles, the main goal is to catch drum percussion here

u can see it how i skip these sounds as well: 00:25:456 - 00:25:891 - 00:26:326 - bcause adding those whistle will cause inconsistency of mapping those patterns like streams etc. i use here

I mean if #4416739/11751090 was true, then why add whistle on the top diff? I mean the beat captures are the same here no?

permalink

bcause there's issue on the top diff exactly, not this diff, fixed on the top one

permalink

ok then thanks, also the hard diff and expert diff have this issue too

00:27:854 (1,2,3,4) - this rhythm feels very weak tbh, 01:23:506 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2) - feels better

permalink

dunno, i'll leave it as it is

00:36:543 (2,3,4) – I think these pattern is kinda misleading for an insane diff, these type of reading tapping is not a skillset that 4 star players manage to develop yet, so this one can be very frustrating.

  1. that's 138 bpm song, so it'd be very easy to recognize the pattern for insane player... for me at least, i'm insane player for now
  2. u can check ranked maps with insane diff, f.e. seven lions - slow dive by xayler, there're much harder patterns in a bit higher bpm

01:08:717 (1,2) – the spacing is way overturned for a player that still is trying to learn how the cursor movement works, using a crosscreen jump even for a 1/1 gap, most newer players will just loose grip in a slowsection like this, which can be very tilting.

01:52:195 (1,2,3,1) - maybe make it wiggle like the others cus snapping them straight on is pretty damn hard

don't see any issue with doing straight pattern, since i do some of variations of cursor movement, f.e. 01:52:195 (1,2,3,1) - straight, 01:55:674 (1,2,3,1) - curve, 01:59:152 (1,2,3,1) - zig-zag, 02:02:630 (1,2,3,1) - square and repeating next patterns

01:54:631 (3,1) - kinda gross looking overlap that can be avoided here

permalink
permalink

dunno, but fixed with making it overlap like more immersed

02:19:152 (3) -consider placing this further away so people don’t get confused with the visual gap that you used in patterns like 02:17:413 (2,3).

ok, done
