And not even more difficult than Insane difficulty.

00:46:844 - from here could be better if you change the direction to not confuse players because same direction but different sound

Triple use of (01:07:244 - untill 01:14:444 -) this part is inconsistent. 01:07:544 - 01:12:344 - These two lines use triples to represent the three sounds, Kick, Snare, and Crash. But even though there is no crash sound in 01:13:544 - 01:14:144 - these two lines, it's expressed as a triple. At first I thought there was a problem with the Hitsound difficulty, but after listening to it over and over, it doesn't seem like that. Please make it consistent.

01:09:794 - missing note? I don't see why you ignored this sound
