Your mp3 song files seems has been bloated and boosted. (https://imgur.com/Zt8ekQr)
Bloated mp3 song files is unrankable. It would be better if you find a better one if it's possible or downscale it to 128kbps instead.
This one is more clearer than previous one you have. (Current mp3 feels like muffled)

Timing and offset (https://imgur.com/6d04h62) use math to decide the correct offset in your map.
Still can't find .flac type so this is temporally solution.
(TIMESTAMPS ARE REFERRING TO THE TOP DIFF) I would avoid using whistles as kicks, it severely limits the ways in which you can follow the melody with your hitsounding. Currently you have 2 kicks, one of them is a hitnormal and the other is a whistle. In some places you have two kick hitsounds on top of each other ( 01:00:701 (1) - 01:01:475 (6) - etc. ) Instead of using your normal-hitwhistle as a kick, you can use it to highlight the melody, for example you can add whistles to objects on vocal sounds like 00:57:024 (6) and 00:58:572 (7) to highlight them.
Lasse has a detailed guide on this and other methods of doing this https://docs.google.com/document/u/1/d/1tS5udToW_SEiCKNFSg7DUuZmsdroUOO8cRYEcwZV9P8/edit
I don't think you need the second timing point, the first few sounds just seem like a pick-up. There should be a single timing point at 301
It seems some of your metadata is not correct/accurate.
Title: RiGHT NOW (TV Size)
You don't need to use capital on "SIZE" word according to RC standardization.
