Here's a bunch of things.

Already told you about offset +7 (80) and the usage of antijumps at the start (please don't do that, they don't read or play as well :p).
What I want to propose is that you remake the hitsounding. I think that a soft sampleset is too weak for this song. It would be nice to be done in more calm parts, however I would like to hear normal sample set everywhere else basically (except for a few streams).

Also you could probably think of a lot of combo colors, and use different colors as the backgrounds change to fit the atmosphere a bit better.

As for Insane, I checked it out and what I don't like is the usage of really short sliders as an alternative to circles (00:12:754 (9,10) - for example). I think this plays worse than 2 circles stacked and it looks bad since the SV is already quite low.

It tells me it's importing the map, but it doesn't show up in the map listing afterwards. Anyone else having this issue?

Delete the map, then reDL and restart osu!. That's the only solution I could find.

  • Why is the maximum combo 979? Most insanes don't even have that high of a max combo. I'm not sure, but I think the BPM may be too high since it doesn't feel that highly paced to me. Maybe you could half it to 110 BPM?
[Easy:]

  • 00:08:800 (1) Imo, I think it would sound better if you continued the pattern from before (a 4 beat slider and a circle two beats later).
    00:10:982 (2,3) I think it would sound better if you merged these into a slider.
    00:13:163 (1,2) I think it would be better if it was (slider-circle) instead of (circle-slider). (So basically just reverse the locations [of 1 and 2] on the timeline with rearrangements in hit sounds, spacing, etc. if necessary. )
    00:16:982 (2,3) You could space these out. It seems a bit odd that this is the only place it happened so far when they're still 2 beats apart like everything else so far.
    00:34:982 (1,2) I know this is technically distance spaced because of the velocity change, but I don't think you give the player enough time to notice this change and thus, they may think that it is 2 beats away instead of 4 and hit it to early. I'm not sure, just thought I'd point that out.
    00:51:482 (1) This spinner feels weird because it starts too early. You should probably start it at around 00:52:163 or something.
    01:06:618 (4,5) Imo, it would sound better if these were merged into one slider.
    01:40:436 (4,5) I think it would sound better if these were merged into one slider to resemble 2.
    01:50:254 (3,4) I think it would sound better as (slider-circle) instead of (circle-slider).

    03:27:404 (1) I think this spinner is starting too early, but if you can't start it later, then maybe you should just delete it.
    03:38:326 (3) You could cut this slider in half and add a repeat to keep a symmetrical rhythm with 03:31:781 (1,2,3,4)

  • 00:30:345 (6) It feels like you are following the lyrics in this section, so I don't think this circle is really necessary.

    01:40:436 (3) You should probably space this farther from 2 since that's what you did with the distance between 3 and 4, and 1 and 2.
    02:37:222 (4) This feels like its ending too soon. Maybe extend it to where 1 starts?
    02:50:586 (6,7) Maybe you could do what you did here 02:42:131 (1,2) to keep a rhythmic symmetry?
    03:53:599 This feels empty without a circle imo.

  • 01:58:709 (6,7,8) Imo, this feels kind of weird when stacked, especially when coming from 01:57:345 (1,2,3,4)
    02:37:086 You seem to be following the "side beat" (I'm not exactly sure what to call it :?) so adding a circle here would make sense imo.
    03:17:859 (2,3,4,5) I'm pretty sure you're following the lyrics during this part so deleting these would make this part flow much better.
    03:56:871 (1) It would probably be better if you just stacked this under 3 and 4.
[Insane:]

  • 00:12:754 (9) Imo, I think it would look and play better if this was broken into 2 circles and stacked over 11.

The bpm here is clearly 220.
Using 110 is totally wrong
This song is long, has high bpm and tick rate 2 so this "high combo" is pretty normal
Using 110 wouldn't change anything. Would be like using tick rate 1 220bpm.
