00:01:086 (1) - maybe add a finish at the beginning? i think it goes well with the instrumental as it's like an introduction to the song IMO. if you ignore this then add a whistle like you did on normal.
00:02:764 (3) - how about moving this beside (2) so that it'd make a nice border for (1). something like is what i mean. ik this looks ugly but you can do something similar to this if you ignore this.
00:07:799 (1,2,3) - i don't like to see 3 straight sliders unless it flows smoother. when i reached this, i felt uncomfortable because the flow looks bad for me. i suggest doing something like this for a smoother flow. again if you ignore this, you can do something similar to this.
00:14:512 (1,2,3) - ^
00:23:323 (1) - idk about you but i don't like the whistle on the spinner. the sound of the whistle right before the guitar starts bothers me the most. remove it because i find it unfitting to the song.
00:31:295 (5) - make this note a NC. the lyrics change from there, and add a whistle at the beginning to keep it consistent with 00:27:939.
00:32:974 (3) - same as above about the whistle.
00:33:393 (4) - replace the whistle for a finish, and reduce the volume of the finish. you can hear the sound of the cymbals if you hear carefully.
00:38:009 (5) - add a whistle at the 1st repeat with the finish to keep the consistency in whistles.
00:53:113 (1) - end this spinner till 00:54:792 because that's where the instrumental starts.
00:56:051 - add a circle here if you follow the suggestion above. it follows the vocals and it goes well as a starting point IMO.
00:56:470 (1) - same as 00:38:009 but at the beginning.

01:08:218 (3) - maybe add a finish at the beginning to match the vocals?

00:10:316 (8) - make this a 1/1 slider and add a circle. i see a potential pattern in this combo and this slider breaks the combo and flow for this part.
00:19:547 (5,6) - maybe make these 2 curved sliders for a better flow to the next note?
00:25:421 (6) - end this slider till 00:26:051 to follow the guitar accurately. i find it fitting as it flows a lot smoother than the 1/1 repeat slider.

how about re-naming it to "happy's Hard" because i saw your previous ranked diffs and i don't remember seeing the "30" on it?
00:03:813 (4,5) - how about doing the same pattern as (5-9) at the previous combo? i see a potential pattern if you do this.
00:25:421 (3,4,5,6) - what shape are you trying to make out of this? i don't like it because it looks during gameplay IMO. judging by the shape i think you're doing a parallelogram so make these circles to form a parallelogram as it flows a lot smoother to the song IMO.
00:33:393 (3) - same as easy.
00:49:757 (1) - *nazi* move this away from (4). the overlap makes it look kind of bad during gameplay IMO.
00:59:617 (7) - i don't understand this overlap at all. it plays weird during gameplay, so either stack this on (4) so that it'd form a triangle, or stack this on (3) so that it'd form a square pattern.
01:06:331 (7) - ^

00:01:086 (1) - same as easy.
00:10:316 (2,3) - you should switch the spots so that it'd look like a true star jump. the path from (2,3) currently might surprise players as they might be expecting a star pattern IMO.
00:33:393 (2) - same as easy.
00:58:778 (1,2,3,4,5) - if you're trying to make this out of a diamond, make it nicer. the way (2,5) are positioned makes it look ugly and it plays weird for me.i let my eyes follow this not my hands either move these 2 notes up to make it nicer, or change the shape of this combo to make it instresting. for example since you have 5 notes, make a stat pattern.
01:05:911 (3) - align this to (4) to that (2-5) would form a diamond. if you ignore this, then move these notes around to form a straightforward diamond jump.

  1. 00:06:120 (4) - I suggest you change the timing section at the end of this slider to Soft Hit sound. The whistle kind of fits the music but because you are using N:C1, a normal beat plays together with the whistle sound. Please change it to Soft Hit sound.

  2. 00:14:512 (1,2,3) - Not much of a problem here. I don't know if it's just me but I feel like you just did some random sliders on these notes. I suggest do a pattern that is similar to 00:07:799 (1,2,3). These patterns work well in my opinion.

  3. 00:23:323 (1) - I highly suggest you end your spinner on 00:26:155 because this is where the beat stopped.

  4. 00:38:009 (5) - So many kick backs for this reverse slider. I suggest you to at least remove 2 reverses then try to make some more patterns out of the remaining spaces.

  5. 01:16:610 (1,2,3) - I feel like you just placed these sliders for the sake of "escaping" from that tight space you got there. These notes doesn't express a bit of a meaning if you're trying to look at their pattern. How about this: Click!, if you happen to follow my suggestion, you are required to move the next notes to maintain the consistent spacing of the map.

  6. 01:28:253 (1) - Try to move this spinner on 01:28:463 because it appears too early. You already can see the spinner while you're in the process of holding the last slider. Please move this one.

  7. Maybe bump you HP Drain -1. But it's up to you, this is not necessary.

  1. 00:12:834 (5) - This is not a good time to make your notes follow the vocals. Would be better if you try to follow the note rhythm like on 00:07:799 (1,2,3).

  2. 00:25:421 (6) - It feels like this note has been left out of the patterns. I suggest you move this closer where many notes have occured. This is not really a problem but it feels like this slider needs attention. lol

  3. 00:33:813 (4) - This is not a 1/1 slider. Fix this one please.

  4. 01:01:505 (5) - Same suggestion I said in 00:12:834 (5).

  5. 01:14:932 (5) - Same as above too. Fix this one.

  6. 01:28:253 (1) - Like what I said in Easy, move this spinner on 01:28:463 so it doesn't appear too early.

  1. 00:25:421 (3,4,5,6) - This one I believe is not a well-made square pattern. If you would look closely, 00:25:421 (3,4) is having spacing inconsistencies. I don't know if this is intentional, but it needs fixing.

  2. 00:34:652 (1,6) - These slider are just too slow in my opinion. Moreover, I don't really see any reason for a slowdown here. Try 0.9 or maybe 1.0, looks better. This also applies to some sliders that flows slow too.

  3. Overall Difficulty 7 is too much for my satisfaction. I'll Bump it down to 6 if I we're you.

  1. 00:04:023 (10,1) - To be honest, this notes are destroying the sound pattern of the previous circles. I'm not trying to be so harsh, I just don't how to say it XD But you should try to make a way to make these sliders sound like the hit sounds of the previous notes.

  2. 00:04:862 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - I suggest you try to change the hit sound volume here. Try making the hit sound in an ascending volume. But I don't really recommend to make (9) have the highest volume because it's 1/8, and it probably is an ear rape for players. Try to lower the volume if you follow my suggestions. Ascend the volume from (1-8) then decrease the volume in (9).

  3. 00:24:582 (1,2,3) - Weird pattern. I suggest use again the pattern you did on 00:21:225 cause it sounds good and the patterns look nice.

  4. 00:26:260 (1) - I believe you need to lower more the volume in this slider's end. It doesn't fit right with the music so I suggest to tone down the volume a bit.

  5. 00:53:113 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - Like what I said, try to add an ascending volume effect on these notes. No need to silence the last note though cause it's not 1/4 it sounds fine. But as much possible, try to avoid too loud hit sounds on the last part.

  6. 01:08:848 (6) - I believe this kick slider should start on 01:09:058. If you ever happen to follow that suggestion add a note on 01:08:848. Don't forget to move some green timing sections so that it works well and smooth.

  7. Would be better if you bump down Overall Difficulty by 1.

For the sake of intuition, move that slider a tick forward and shorten it to land on the red tick. Since I'm still not 100%, you can try to justify it if you don't agree. God, that took way too much time.

With that being said, here is what I suggest: extend (1) 2 ticks, get rid of (2), add a hit circle at 00:31:925 (2), and add a 1/2-beat slider at 00:32:134 (3). 00:04:232 (5) - I'd shorten this slider by one tick for consistency. It feels pretty weird the first time around.

00:06:120 (1) - It'd follow the vocals more clearly if you shortened this slider by two ticks to make it land on that red tick, especially if you already know what's going to happen in the song. Players will be like "what the hell?!" when there isn't a beat there. Oh, and add a hit circle at 00:07:379 (2) after that.

00:46:400 (1,2,3) - Technically these three hit circles are fine but seeing as it's a hard, you might want to make these into one repeat-slider because players might not be able to read these properly. Also, you did the same thing at 01:01:505 (1) and we all know consistency is always good. Do as you wish.

00:54:372 (4) - It's pretty hard to predict how many repeats this silder will have beforehand -- also, I think it's pretty important to stress the downbeat at 00:54:792 and landing a 3-repeat slider's end point isn't doing it. Basically, I want you to make this slider repeat only once and add a hit circle at 00:54:792 (5). After that, place a new combo on the newly added hit circle and remove the one at 00:55:106 (1).

01:14:932 (1,2,3) - see 00:46:400 (1,2,3) and take it as a light suggestion. Take note of any other patterns like that too if you do decide to change it.

00:01:086 (1,2,3,1) - This section is really awkward to play. It'd be better if you kept it at a steady 1/1 beat.

00:25:421 (6) - This 2-repeat slider is hard to read/predict for a normal player. I'd replace it with a 1-beat slider and a hit circle at 00:26:051 (7). Alternatively, extending the 1-beat slider to 00:26:051 and ditching the hit circle will work too.

01:12:414 (7) - It'd be best if you shortened this slider by 2 ticks and added a hit circle at it's original end-point like you've been doing this whole pattern instead.

01:27:519 (7) - It'd emphasize the music better if you made an offbeat repeat slider (like this: http://puu.sh/yg4i) here instead of making the slider really long. At the same time, the way you have it now isn't necessarily bad and it does make it easier. Do whatever you want here.

[Easy]
00:19:547 (3) - Just like in Normal, it's hard for new players to predict/read multiple repeats like such. I'd A.) remove one repeat or B.) remove the repeats altogether on this slider.

Ok first off. Why 1.6 SV? I don't really understand why because 1.4 isn't even slow at this BPM. And when you have 1.6 here, you still have speed ups in the song! Makes no sense. Might I add they are very minimal speed ups of 1.10 that make no difference at all. So unless you have a really good reason you should put it down to 1.4

00:07:799 - make this inherit 1.00, there is no reason at all you should be jumping right into a speedup at the start of a song. (especially when the whole song is already sped up because of the 1.6) And this is also really conflicting with the end of the kiai. (You have the 3 notes at the end 00:25:421 (1,2,3) and when the last note comes in, it's slowed down because you have that point at 1.00. So unless you knew the beat to the song here it looks like it is comming earlier than it actually is. and it's confusing as hell.)
00:11:365 (2,1) - reverse these so it's kd instead of dk. It feels a lot nicer to go into the kat after the stream and ties in better with that comming dkkd pattern.
00:13:044 (2) - change this to a kat, will tie in better with the dk up ahead and it fits the music better honestly.
00:20:281 (1,2) - change these into dons, the first one to keep it consistant like the one before. and I think dddk works better because you are leading into more kats, so it''s getting quite kat spammy around this section when it shouldn't be.
00:21:435 (2) - Just like before make this a kat so you can tie into that next dk. dd dk does not work in this song at all really.
00:33:813 (1) - Make this a finish. Same 2 notes in a row but one has a finish and this one gets neglected for some reason.
00:34:652 (1) - This should have a finish too.
00:39:897 (2) - Make this a kat again for the same reasons as before.
00:41:365 (1) - This should have a finish.
00:41:575 (2) - Make this a kat again for the same reasons as before.
00:43:253 (2,3,4,5,6,1,1) - Try making this pattern kd dkkd k, the current pattern feels very off.
00:48:288 (2) - Make this a kat again for the same reasons as before. (yes I am going to bring this up every time because it works way better than dd.)
00:49:967 (2,3,4,5,6,1,1) - again, try out the kd dkkd k. Or something within that structure.
00:56:470 - Alright, it's not like I have a problem with speedups. But I am so sick of people doing the smallest insignificant speedups ever. Go big or go home. Try making it AT LEAST 1.25.

And the kiai is pretty much copypasted so take in mind what I said before about all those dd patterns, and fixing other things I mentioned in the first kiai.

Seems to be better that way

Sorry, I don't really want to do this. Didn't want to continue the same beat pattern for the section and imo it's alright as it is.

I was going for the sound in the background that is building up steadily, imo it's great to play and gives a nice effect while listening to the sound in the music.
