Well I think, the hit objects are not placed that well, because the hit windows drown the other hit objects:

The hit circles always switch between being stacked and staying next each other instead of being stacked
This spacing mix confuses players. Few examples:
00:15:519 (2,3,4)
00:20:943 (1,2) - Well, this is just general spacing. While these sliders are easy to beat, the
following sliders 00:21:621 (3,4) are a bit too far. You can flip these sliders horizontally.
00:23:655 - Same as first point, some stacks. You can unstack the notes and properly space them by
using distance snap [ALT key].
Remember! Spacing is one of the most important things when mapping!

Following are just suggestions:
Please add hitsounds were you think they are necessary.
00:13:147 (1) - "Finish" hitsound?
00:15:858 (4) - ^
00:15:519 (2,3,4) - New combo?
00:18:231 (5) - New combo and adding "Finish" hitsound?
00:28:909 - Why not making the new combo here instead of 00:28:231 ?
00:30:096 (6) - Remove "Clap" sound from reverse arrow and slider end?
00:35:350 (5,6) - Swapping these two notes?
00:39:926 (5) - I would make a new combo here, replacing that slider.
00:42:638 (4) - That slider length is too long. Replace it by 4 sliders of that reversing speed.
01:03:147 (6,7) - Space these sliders properly. One slider above one other might count as an overlap.
01:16:536 - You mapped nearly everything with "Clap" sounds? Erase them where necessary.
01:16:536 (1,2,3,4,5) - Watch timeline and spacing between (2) and (3,4,5). Doesn't fit.
01:18:231 (3,4,5) - Same stacking comment as above.
01:19:079 (6) - New combo here? Just fits better to the rhythm.

Yeah, just noticed that by reverting to osu default skin. I wanted to map it in a different style but I guess it's no good :P changed lots of the patterns.

Well, use "Select" tool and click twice on one spot of the slider (Start, reverse, end) and choose a hitsound.

Since your mania maps don't have many mods yet, I won't be getting into specifics. I'll point out general things about your map that can be improved on (without going like "put this note here" and such).

[Heavy 4K]
SPOILER
Simply a recommendation, but start your song earlier? Every other smooooch map starts at the beginning, and the song itself is short anyways.

This map is too reliant on jacks. You don't really need any jacks in this map, but if you want to keep them, use only one or two and don't make them longer than 2 or 3 in a row.
00:25:858 (25858|3,25943|3,26028|3) - Parts like this can be made better on alternating rows, like 4,2,4. They're more fun to play anyways.

Hit sounding is inconsistent. You use the normal hitsounds in some parts, cymbals in others, and all claps in some other parts without there being a huge change in the rhythm. Stick with one type of hit sounding per section. I know some stepmania skins like to use all claps, so you can try doing all claps in the chorus, for example.

00:42:638 (42638|2) - This part here, you can be more creative than going back and forth between two notes. Use streams like 1,2,3,4 or alt streams like 1,4,2,3 or some variation of that.

00:50:774 (50774|3) - Doesn't quite warrant a holds. Map it like the previous section.

00:54:841 (54841|3) - I liked playing this part. It's the variation I like to see.

01:04:333 (64333|1,64333|2) - You can map these parts without making them long holds.

01:07:045 - A general rule of thumb is mania maps don't have breaks, or whole sections without notes. If you want a part to feel like a break, you can map it with greatly reduced note density, like one note every beat. But don't leave it completely open like this.

01:23:316 (83316|2,83316|0) - Change all of these to claps

[Beginner 4K]

Again another suggestion, but if you want to call this map beginner, make it easier? Beginner implies anyone who's never played the game before can pass it. Otherwise, a more suitable name for it would be Easy or probably Normal.

00:26:367 (26367|2,27045|1) - These holdsare not needed. It feels like they interrupt the beat.

00:23:655 (23655|2,23994|0,23994|2) - I like this pattern of 1-2-1-2 in this chorus. It helps to be consistent in easier levels. Try to follow that pattern through this chorus.

00:39:926 (39926|2,39926|3) - Sounds like you're trying to map to the melody here but there are too few notes and it sounds disjointed. I recommend just continuing to follow the beat (unless you can make an easy way to follow the melody).

00:42:638 (42638|0,42638|2) - Like before, these can be regular notes, not just holds.

00:47:214 - Add a note here, remove the whistles.

00:53:486 (53486|3,53486|0) - You can map these two holds.

00:58:909 (58909|2,58909|1) - I think the 1-2-1-2 pattern would fit here.

01:05:689 (65689|2,65689|3) - Map these two holds.

01:07:045 - Again, don't leave big breaks.

01:20:604 (80604|3,80604|0,81282|2,81282|1) - Map these long notes.

01:46:197 (106197|1) - It seems like you're trying to follow the melody here too but it comes up short. Map these to the beat since I'm not sure how they can easily be mapped to the melody.

Is it that critical to avoid having too much jacks? Since this map doesn't have very fast streams I like making it harder with jacks. And these jacks aren't even that fast, any average player should be able to hit 4-5 in a row. If it's unrankable I'll remove them though.

Fixed all unsnapped kiai and beats. I have no idea on how they became unsnapped but maybe it was because of beatmap format changes. Vanilla, you can go ahead with your mod~

I will try to remove some of the random 3-note jacks.
Are jacks that critical? I kinda want to keep at least the long one because it makes the map challenging and fun, Since the song dowsn't allow for very fast streams and I prefer speed over complicated patterns, I made it challenging with jacks. It shouldn't be unrankable AFAIK.

and... okay this diff has a lot of issues for me, I'll try to be helpful

you need to be consistent in your layering. it must be clear why you the players is asked to play two notes instead of one. generally that's because there are two instruments playing in the same time. but here, there are a lot of 2-notes chords that are unjustified.

the clean way to do this is add one layer after another.
focus on a part of the music (say, the melody for example) you want to map, put the notes for it, then go back and add the percussions for instance.
then if you're not happy with how some patterns turned out, re-arrange them.
that should give you a much better feeling when playing it.

this is my general advice for this diff.
I'll give you an example :
I'm not saying that's the "right" way to do it, but imo, it leads to a much more clean and enjoyable map. Think consistency. Think about how the notes in your map relate to the song.

also, just a few more things :

00:34:163 (34163|3,34248|3,34333|3,34418|3,34502|3) - generally jackhammers out of nowhere will frustrate the players. from drum rolls you can go for a one handed trill instead (3 4 3 4 or 1 2 1 2 etc..)

There are plenty of places where you don't use the potentential of the music : the middle part from 01:07:045 (67045|2) to 01:16:536 (76536|1) - where you have a crazy percussion going on , but you are sticking to the piano only... which is not a wrong thing, the wrong thing is adding superficial notes at other places. having to play "ghost notes" while the following part could have used more notes is really frustrating.

You're free to do want you want with your map, but I hope I've been able to explain a few things here :)
