Tournament rules

  1. There will be 2 mappools: one used for an online qualification round prior to the event, and another that will be showcased and played live on stage by the top 16 qualifying players.
  2. Matches will take place consecutively, starting at the times listed under "schedule". Any changes to these times will be announced at the event.
  3. All qualification lobbies must have a dedicated referee present at all times.
  4. Custom skin elements must not be used to alter core gameplay elements or mechanics. Staff reserves the exclusive right to request further proof of legitimacy upon suspicion of foul play.
  5. All bracket stage matches will begin with both players rolling. The loser of the roll will be the first one to protect a map of their choice, the winner of the roll will select first pick or first ban, and the loser of the roll will select the remaining options by default. For example, if the roll winner chooses first pick, the roll loser will select between first or second ban.
  6. A map protection is a map than cannot be removed in the ban phase, following rolls. Each player will have 2 protects: one before the first ban and one following the first ban.
  7. Each player will have 2 bans. These will alternate in a pre-selected order after rolls.
  8. If a map ends in a draw it will be nullified and the beatmap replayed, herein called a rematch.
  9. Disconnects within 30 seconds or 25% of the beatmap length (whichever happens first) can be rematched, at the referee's discretion, as long as it is clearly communicated in the chatroom.
  10. Participation is contingent on punctuality. If a player is not present on stage at match time they will be given a forfeit loss, no exceptions.
  11. Players are expected to keep the match running fluently and without delays. Excessive match delays from the players' side may result in penalties being applied at the referee's discretion. Disrupting the match by foul play, insulting or provoking other players or staff, delaying the match or other deliberate inappropriate misbehaviour are strictly prohibited, and will be punished accordingly.
  12. All players and staff must be treated with respect. Instructions of the referees and the tournament management are to be followed. Decisions labelled as final are not to be objected.
  13. The multiplayer chatrooms underlie the osu! community rules. All chat rules apply to the multiplayer chatrooms, too.
  14. The tournament management reserves the right to modify these rules at any moment. Any such changes will be announced in advance.
