00:11:439 (1) - is there a reason for this being on the white tick? it feels completely off in gameplay and inconsistent with the previous parts, as well as every other diff
also, it makes the jump to 00:11:891 (1) - extremely jarring considering this section uses no spacing for all 1/2, except this one circle
your mp3 is around the quality of 128kbps, but improperly encoded up to 192kbps. you can use this mp3 from the album, which i encoded to 192kbps and adjusted the offset.

the current mp3 barely peaks around 15khz, but the new one goes above that for the entire song, so i would really recommend changing it :3
01:10:152 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - pretty difficult for a normal diff. i would either stack (7) on (6) or just delete it and turn (6) into a slider, because the bass sound stops on (6) anyways
if you're going for ranked, the spread gap between normal -> topdiff is not rankable. given the length of the song, it must follow standard spread rules.
the normal is basically fully distance snapped, while the top diff has pretty big jumps and frequent 1/4 rhythm, so you definitely need an intermediate diff in between the two for an acceptable spread, unfortunately.
02:30:056 (1,2,3) - seems a bit cramped compared to the patterns u did before, i think space out more
