To be honest, I didn't want to bother the people involved since I genuinely thought that DQ-ing would reset the timer for the map to be ranked but since it does not seem to be the case -- I was just uninformed -- and since it looks a lot better with SL0, I decided to change it after all.
I also applied minor changes aesthetically speaking to avoid some visual blunders like a 1/2 px unintended overlaps which I had to fix with a 3 to 5 degrees angle rotation but nothing drastical -- which could have break the map...
@Laquarius First of all, thank you for bringing this to my attention as I wasn't aware my diff went from SL0 to SL7, it is true that I always go for SL0 because my mapping aesthetic relies a lot on perfect stacking however aside from a few instances like : 00:07:109 (1) + 00:07:700 (1) + 00:08:439 (2) - or 00:46:567 (2) + 00:46:862 (1) + 00:47:305 (1), it doesn't seem to have impacted the map negatively further than that.
I don't think it warrants a DQ and I'm okay to keep it that way, by agreeing to turn this custom map into a GD I knew it would ultimately change a bit and to be honest I don't really mind it. In fact, people can still go back to my own submitted version if they prefer a lower OD and/or a lower SL.
I don't really want to change this map since when I finish something I like to think that it is set in stone otherwise I would perpetually go back to my old works to perfect them...
Once again, I appreciate your concerns and hopefully the change from SL0 to --> SL7 makes the map even better in terms of readability for our dear players ! =)
