I expect the 1/6s at 00:27:545 in Hard and Insane, probably even higher diffs that is just not here yet as of the time of writing, to be frowned on mostly. That was, in fact, done because I thought that aligning two objects to 1/4 for that half beat would result in hit objects not matching the rhythm precisely. Though I still think it would be better to leave a note here since it feels weird.
Please don't get me wrong, it is going for ranked. I don't really get how combo colors can make or break gameplay experience at first, especially after witnessing some ranked sets that have default combo colors but those are made like back in 2015 so I doubt if it's still relevant though. If combo colors actually do play a big part in ranking today I'd definitely do that.
I would say that choice was (sorta) intentional as well? In fact I don't really have an idea about what exactly to do when adding visual appeal to my map - I did not even look on the Internet for a pic suitable for a bg, I just took it in a random place. I highly appreciate the idea here though.
