I post all my finished maps needing mods in my queue under M4M. You can always ask me for feedback but I often times won't be of much help as I'm still trying to improve my mapping and still have lots to learn. I'm willing to testplay as long as it's not a first-map/meme map type of deal.

Every good/well-known mapper was a new mapper at some point.
I believe if one desires to improve in mapping, they should take inspirations from a mapper they like--Not necessarily to become a carbon copy, but take a look at some patterns, try to interpret them and understand how and why they were used, and use them in their own maps. It's easy to gain knowledge by watching pishi videos, but using your own mind to uncover the reasons behind expressing a song through a map and executing those ideas correctly can be very satisfying in the learning process and will give you experience that you can build on your other maps. I believe anyone can become a "good" mapper if they try enough to learn and have a desire to improve.
If you have a song you have ideas for and have motivation to map, go for it. There's nothing better than knowing and enjoying the song you are mapping, because it is one factor of inspiration and motivation. If you continually map songs you enjoy and love, mapping won't be as harsh of an experience compared to mapping essentially anything, especially if it's something you don't enjoy. It'll also benefit your progress in learning as a mapper, since the increase in motivation typically results in an increased output of maps. If you enjoy the songs you are mapping, the learning never stops.
If you want a GD from me, send me a message over old forum pm/new chat or ingame when I'm online. I like mapping almost anything TV size (Reference songs below).
I probably won't map anything over 2:30 unless I like the song.
Expert (5.2-6.5*) > Normal > Hard > Low Insane (4.3-4.7*) > High Insane (4.7-5*)
I consider myself a decent modder, and one potentially able to become BN if I put dedication and time towards the task.
If you would like mods on your map, don't post in my queue, it's dead and I never look at it anymore. Just pm me (forum pm/new chat) with your map immediately from the get-go, and I'll take a look at it. Post in Joint queue and I may come across your map.
Check my Favorite Artists box to see what I highly prefer modding.
I can do hitsounds for your set, although I myself don't think I'm that good. You can request me online or in game and I'll decide. Song must be no longer than 6 minutes.
The higher the stars (*), the higher up they are on my list.
