The held sound or the kick isn't really that important IMO, there's plenty of gaps throughout that ignore big tick kicks becaus there's just not enough melody to justify the added intensity
The map has 0 stack leniency because all 1/2 and 1/4 stacks are done manually, every stack should be identical to automatically stacked circles with higher stack leniency. My understanding is stacked 1/2 and 1/4 rhythm is okay for a Hard difficulty (I can see many examples looking through my own library)
