I think you think theres a problem because of the way the vocals sound in that small section, it makes it feel kinda disorientated but dun worry, no problems

So to be honest, I didn't find any real timing problem, but you should change BPM to 180 imo, sounds better (there are some ms changes at the end of the map, including the part you mentioned in the PM)

Oh and just a little warning in [Revolution]: 00:48:497 (3) - this slider's end isn't snapped

Firstly I want say is: the map is quite random which isn't good. For example, the sound of interlude and chorus is more feel "rhythm" and middle isn't, but you make the rhythm of note almost same. I will recommend you delete some note at middle of the song to improve the quality of map.

  1. Difficulties Names: I think you missed the last ''s'' after your name (I mean stu's Muzu and stu's Oni), well this is the correct form so you may want to fix it.
    On the other side, use ''Muzukashii'' instead of ''Muzu'', Muzukashii is the correct name after all and I think all of us should use the correct one, anyway this last one is just a suggestion (is not a must :P)
[stu' Muzu]

  1. 00:00:497 (spin) - You ignored some other important things in the map, and I think this shaker is not following the music really well (and it doesn't play really well neither), so I suggest you to remove it and start the map where start the stronger section.
  2. 00:03:997 (9,10,11) - Would be better if you emphasize the vocals using big kats as you did in the rest of the map. So, if I were you I'd use d d K instead.
  3. 00:10:997 (14) - I think the map needs a stop here if you listen to the music properly. Try to remove this note and use a rhythm like this one.
  4. 00:14:664 (27,28,29) - This 3-plet looks too random here and flows pretty bad. To make this more fluent, try to remove (28) and make (29) a kat to follow the vocals closer.
  5. 00:20:164 (x) - You're ignoring a strong beat here, try adding a kat.
  6. 00:25:497 (x) - To make the rhythm and flow constant here, try adding a kat here and make the next note a don.
  7. 00:26:830 (16) - kat instead (?
  8. 00:31:664 - 00:31:747 - You may want to add some don in both places to cover the strong drum sound.
  9. 00:37:330 (56,57,58,59,60) - This sounds/plays pretty weird to me, because you're ignoring some strong beats. To give this pattern some nexus, I tried to add some new notes, and well, this is what I tried

- Well, I think I can't mod more in this difficulty, you've focused too much in vocals and this is not the best thing because you're ignoring a lot of strong beats when drums appear. Try to see my suggestions and apply it to the rest of the map, I don't want to touch your style that much but you should something to make this map much better.
Actually, this need more work but I think you can make it even better!

  1. 00:03:664 (19) - Try using a big kat here instead, to emphasize the vocals.
  2. 00:05:664 (spin) - This plays weird to me, I think this spinner should finish 1/2 back and then the stream should start in 00:07:164 -. In addition, I personally think you should use something like kkddddddk, because drums sound more like this.
  3. 00:09:664 (16,17,18,19,20,21) - I would change a bit this pattern for a better flow, plus this will follow the music closer too. Try to use k ddkkd in this pattern instead.
  4. 00:12:664 (32,33,34) - This 3-plet looks so lonely here and it doesn't play really well. Just remove (33) and make (32) a don.
  5. 00:15:830 (51,52,53) - kkd for consistency (?
  6. 00:16:830 (x) - Try adding a don here, I think a nexus here is important for a better flow.
  7. 00:26:164 (115,116,117) - This is so random, ddk will fit much better.
  8. 00:27:497 (x) - Try adding a don here as well, as I explained before.
  9. 00:30:830 (x) - (^)
  10. 00:36:164 (x) - If you're following vocals here, try adding a don.
  11. 00:41:164 (199,200,201,202) - d kdk will follow the music closer, give it a try.

  13. 01:05:997 (367,368,369,370,371) - This 5-plet is lonely and plays weird here. Try removing (370), I think you'll fix the problem if you do that.

- This is better than Muzukashii but this still needs more work in term of composition. I tried to fix some of them, but you'll need more mods to fix the difficulty before the rank!

:!: I don't want to be a party pooper, but you're using in a wrong way the sliderslide hitsound, it should be a continuous sound, not to be used as a custom slidertick. How to do the same? Use tickrate 2, lower the volume for the unwanted ticks and let the custom slidertick hitsound where you want to have it. You can also silence the sliderticks this way, but I'd suggest to change the custom sliderslide for the soft-sliderslide in the default skin.j

00:57:497 (2) - Make this a 1/2 beat slider, the pause will allow to begin the stream better and won't make players rage because they break their combo with a gimmick technique, considering we have a higher difficulty.
01:10:997 (3) - Probably change it for a triple in 1/4, as it's the same sound as in 01:09:664 (4,5,6) -
01:14:164 (2) - This could be prettier by avoiding the extremes to overlap and making the inside of the curve more visible, not exactly like in the screen, it'd need to be rotated a bit, but it gives the idea.

01:27:747 (1) - Don't you think the spinner is really short? Auto barely reaches the 1000 bonus points.

There's some extended sliders that are very awkward to play, as there's no hold in the music, note that I'm not being picky about them, just pointing those which I think are not really good.
00:01:164 (1) - Here the vocals stops in the white tick, so this should be a 1/1 slider.
00:16:997 (1) - This feels weird passing over a beat and ending in nothing.

00:34:997 (5,6,3,4) - Why are these different? Doesn't they represent the same sound?
00:46:664 (2) - This would probably be better as a 1/1 slider, as it's actually ignoring the vocals in that beat.

There's also a few triples that are literally on nothing, but I guess you won't change them even if I say that. I know you're putting them to "complement" certain beats, but sometimes they do the opposite, like 00:32:747 (7,2) - , the triples are very intrusive and doesn't let the "true beats" 00:32:831 (8,3) - to be emphasized nicely, refer to 00:21:331 (2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3) - , this works better and doesn't have any triple, and it's almost the same rhythm if not the same. Same for 01:12:081 (2,5) -
