  1. nazi suggestion. this slider 00:00:360 (1) - is really wry. move point to make it like here http://shmiklak.s-ul.eu/kV4MGebk
  2. since you did these clickable 00:04:616 (4,5) - this should be clickable too 00:04:414 - idk how will you do it, maybe you'll make slider shorter, or sth like that, but it should be clickable.
  3. how did you make NCing? you did nc after one 1/1 beat and then you make nc after 2 beats. that's not right. you should have consistent logic.
  4. uh really ugly overlap :v 00:18:197 (1,3) - what about move 00:19:008 (3) - to 176;32? it will be blanketing with 00:18:197 (1) - and also we'll avoid this overlap.
    also pls avoid all simillar overlaps. you have much of them in your map.

simple review
you got a right sample set there but the hs not really consistent especially if you trying to follow the original beat of the song
i still offering my help for polishing (i will rehsing instead actually) base on original beat like what you actually trying to do
if you allow me to, i would also direct modding (this mean i suggest pattern and give the change details of part i change)
so the final form is hit sounded diff with my mod apply in it (tbh not much change needed for the patten)

  • - I'm not an expert in metadata tbh but over the artist's name, It probably needs to be "CHiCO with HoneyWorks" which has the w capitalized. I've seen it on a few ranked maps, so yeah.

  1. 00:00:360 (1) - The two timing sections here are okay, but they have different volumes. I prefer adjusting the volume to 25% for objects to be audible.
  2. 00:03:603 (3,4,5,6,1) - The spacing here is pretty different than the defaulted 0.8x distance snap you're using. The 1/2 snap division on timeline is at equal, but the spacing went way far here, compared to 00:03:197 (2,3) - . About (6) and (1) is the same thing, but I don't really mind if you're intending a small jump for density or sth.
  3. 00:09:481 (5,6,1) - IMO, swapping the jumps from (5)&(6) to (6)&(1) would work much tense and suitable for the track change. It won't hurt trying though.
  4. 00:15:764 (1) - Optional objective: I probably think the structure here can possibly have a better flowing by sliders ofc, like this one for example. How about curving this slider's slide above rather than below? It'll give a very good circular guidance for the player's cursor, making it more interesting to play. There are other sliders I suggest doing the same as that. Or at least try your own way if you don't mind.
  5. 00:32:589 (4,5,6,7,8) - Try putting some of these circles on the right place, by using a specific distance spacing on this polygon. How about 1.8x? Might give a little more space between them and keeps the aesthetics more polished.
  6. 00:42:926 (7,8) - Hmm almost the same adjustment for swapping, but here. I think redoing Ctrl + G on these two circles may vary greater based on placement and structural flow. It would play / improve a lot better imo. Spacing or the jumps here won't affect much, don't worry.
  7. 00:52:454 (2,1) - Speaking about hitsounds, how about a drum clap on circle (2) and slider (1)'s head? Might make the drums on the music track very audible along with it for greater emphasis.
  8. 00:56:305 (1) - The rhythm on the sliders here, you've skipped a good landing vocal on 00:56:508 - which hits the blue 1/4 tick. I guess reducing the slider length by slider tail, or try adding a circle and redo the rhythm composition if so.
  9. 01:09:481 (1,2) - For new combo setting consistency, I think the circle should have the new combo instead of the slider, since the slider is landed on the downbeat.
  10. 01:25:899 (3,4,1) - Nearly the same thing for the spacing swap, the note density went too low while the track was pretty much high enough for another 2x spacing as you've did on (3) & (4).
  11. - I can tell that there are many more further on about it. Just to keep this a little short and clear, so I wouldn't want to go nazi and try finding them all at once ;m;
  12. 01:52:251 (1,2) - I assume this is the only anti-space over this whole track. Might create a bit confusion so, maybe give a bit more space in-between them for a bit consistency along with the previous notes. A good way to emphasize this part imo.
  13. 02:05:832 (2,3) - I probably suggest doing a Ctrl + G with these two notes adjusting on timeline. It'll equalize the emphasis and follow the track/vocal more greatly.

  19. 03:22:656 (9,10,1) - This is literally the only sudden spaced 1/4 note over this piano track. I don't see any other that are similar triples alike this one, so this is known an inconsistent patterning. I highly recommend changing that to avoid any more broken consistencies.

Ngl but the map is good by it's aesthetics and structure. But some subjective, like spacing and rhythm compositions should be more observed imo. With that, it'll reach into it's potential level.   3. 00:09:120 - theres a really strong sound you are missing here on the grey tick, technically this could work and sound ok, you have to take a closer listen to your song at not only 100% speed but at 25% as well to catch all the sounds that tend to stand out, ie like that one i just showed you
  4. 00:13:833 (1) - remove this note, it plays awfully and it doesnt really add any intesity to it either. Id consder adding a slider or something if you want to catch that ticky sound
  5. 00:18:064 (1,3) - careful on overlaps like these too, this falls under note placement if you arent careful enough then in gameplay it will look really messy also, try using the grid to its full potential, since then it makes the map more spread out and you arent mapping in the one spot constantly. So just to point something out the overlap i pointed out is pretty bad, but 00:19:280 (4,5) - this on the other hand looks really neat since its not 2 sliderstarts that are overlaping its a sliderend and a bit of a slider which makes it look actually not messy at all
  6. 00:30:834 (9,3) - here's one more bad overlap you should avoid, either stick to using these, or these (personal favourite) consistently to achieve a nice effect
  7. 00:32:658 (5) - nc this since its a lead in into another section and since the ds is bigger it would highlight that very well, this is another technique that i like using, so when a new section appears (i.e. when new sounds come into play or when they change just slightly to be noticed, thats a section change) i try to make it somewhat more increasingly more/less difficult depending on the sounds that are present, which in return gives a really nice emphasis leading into the nice section.
  8. 00:33:469 (9) - ctrl+g this since all the jumps are going forward back forward back, this break it and makes it unatural to play, so heres the picture of what i mean - Look at the green lines, here you are forcing to make the player make a unatural move from going in a star pattern to suddenly making a triangle jump which is really unatural and awkward to play, yet if you ctrl+g it, it becomes more natural since its still the same angle the jumps are traveling at, be careful with that too since that can cause a lot of unecessary flow issues for no reason.

Check it with "another mapper" if you wish but make sure hes experienced and not your friend soneone random thats good, and i can guarantee you that hell agree with most of my points in my mod about your map

I think that emphasizing things are important, but the first thing I see is the patterning.

Let me check some I deny one more time.

Theres more of these just listen closely to all sounds" I disagree with the one here, there're actually 2 reasons why I disagree. It's because of I like this patterning, and the other one, 04:17:874 (2,4) - Actually the two notes here have the same sound, vocals which has almost the same pitch in my ears. The increase in vocals is at 04:18:888 (1) - not 04:18:685 (4) -. And the instrument at 04:18:888 (1) - is much higher than the others so I holded the spacing. But I reduced the spacing at 04:17:874 (2) - for consistency with the others.

"04:14:010 (1) - this ends on the white tick" I'm denying this point since I hear such a small voice after 04:14:428 - . And I'm only focusing on loud voice here.

"03:49:685 (1) - could make the red point in the middle for nicer look too, current looks eh" Actually I took this one as personal suggestion, and I dislike putting the red point in the middle. I like my own pattern.

"02:42:388 (1) - 10x stronger sound yet has same spacing as 02:42:996 (4) - be careful dud, this is really sounding/looking bad if you do this since your not correctly emphasizing things" The one at number 1 is a triplet, so it's impossible for me to make it a jump, right? It'll be too hard for players to play it. and the one at number 4, I'm keeping consistency with the part at 02:42:401 (1) - . And I'm not always following emphasis, that's my style of mapping. And it's good in aesthetics too, if I put 02:43:820 (4) - upper, next to number 2, it will ruin the aesthetics and flow.

"00:33:469 (9) - ctrl+g this since all the jumps are going forward back forward back, this break it and makes it unatural to play, so heres the picture of what i mean - Look at the green lines, here you are forcing to make the player make a unatural move from going in a star pattern to suddenly making a triangle jump which is really unatural and awkward to play, yet if you ctrl+g it, it becomes more natural since its still the same angle the jumps are traveling at, be careful with that too since that can cause a lot of unecessary flow issues for no reason. No, there's actually a reason for it. The sound there is pretty strong, drums. And because I want to blanket it with 00:32:469 (4) - , I must place it there. So we must be consistent at our patterns, but I think I put some with special treatments (I dunno if there was), but the way I spaced the guitar in this map is lower than drums. And that must be it, whether it's strong or something. Additionaly, I took a look at drums and cymbals here, not guitars for the main one.

And that's the reason why I'm not changing those. Oh yea forgot changing the unrankable issues at timings I think there aren't mistakes in samples and volumes...

    Based on your timing, the offset 240 pretty much accurate to me but this red timing here 00:08:986 - , 00:09:563 - , 00:14:459 - , and 00:14:643 - not really needed so I very sugest you delete those timing point, as they will make these notes 00:08:986 (4) - and 00:14:037 (1,2,3,4) - hard to click because it doesn't any new red timing and will ruin the gameplay.
