broc's part is fcable for me (imo it fits pretty alright) only issue i have with it though is how linear this is 04:34:835 (1,2) -

things like this, everyone fails on these.

05:58:283 (1,2,1,2) - these angles are really hard to alternate and a lot of people fail on them
06:03:456 (1,2,1,2,1,2,3,4) - this one is a must, suuuuper spaced out with hard-to-hit angles at the beginning
06:09:318 (1,2,1,2) - another one of the angles

nerf them so theyre more like these, but with spacing being a liiiiiiiiittle bit smaller (apply the spacing to these too when you nerf)

06:13:542 (1,2,3,1) -
06:14:145 (1,2,3,4,1) -

there might be more besides these that are nerf-worthy, but im taking what i saw from most playtests.

03:04:490 (3) - Why is this curved? You really should stick to using red point only, because it'd be way more fitting with the rest of the sliders around it, and it'd mimick 03:04:059 (1) - super well that way.

03:04:835 (1) - I'd drag the red point more down so it'd fit better with sliders around it, again. Try the example below? This way, your 03:04:835 (1) - is parallel with 03:04:318 (2) - and it's ctrl j'd version of 03:05:180 (2) - , so the angles would make a lot more sense, visually at least.

03:05:439 (4) - Generally not a fan of soft curved sliders, especially this because the red point makes the end of the slider so short. Maybe this instead?

Changed none. I don't see an issue with the symmetry because I mirrored the sliders and I prefer the pattern it is now because it plays better.

at 03:40:697 (1) - , I changed it back to the original slider. my objects before it are designed to follow this slider but idk why it was replaced by a circle. I think it will be better to keep it original, so I put it back there. If there's any problem, you have the right to keep or replace that slider.

i like the one with less particles actually, it makes the sb look a lot less cluttered (also im at 24.2 MB and i cant go over 25 so xd)

Given all the work i put into getting this organized, dictating how i want each part to be, putting in each part into the .osu, getting mods, doing m4ms for mods, and getting the collabers to CHECK their mods (which ive been checking mods for 2 parts cuz people are busy) and giving instruction to the sbers to get what i think is appropriate for the map, i think its fair to say that i put in a great amount more into the set than the average collaber. Also, if it still gets dqd for that, I'm taking the part of one of the collabers who im checking mods for and redoing it myself (we worked this out already so its ok with them).

THAT was literally the exactly same logic with Natteke's when this accountability rule was implemented and his Let It Go set became the first victim of the rule.

I just wanted to bring this issue up before the set is considered to go into qualification phase to prevent drama in this thread, I hope you understand that.

I can clearly see your point that organization & management of such a big set is exhausting and requires devotion to it. Your argument is valid to me as well and certainly adds to 'who contributed most'; but given how the rule is worded at the moment and how none of this effort can be measured properly, pushing this forward seems pretty dodgy - at least for me. A clarification/rewording of the contribution rule would be really helpful before making the next move imo.

i already argued that and people just said that since the rule says its a "case-by-case" thing that my map should be fine since its only a few seconds different as opposed to a whole minute

and apparently it also looked like i was trying to bend the rules to rank my map so xddDddDDDDDD!

if you want to contribute to the discussion by all means post yourself but im sure not gonna

I agree. I feel a spinner at the beginning would be really good for the atmosphere as well, as it leaves the player in a kind of spooky part of the song where they are wondering what's gonna happen next. Without a spinner, they just skip past it, which I think is skipping a crucial part of the song's atmosphere.

i like the ominous feeling a blank intro gives and makes the first few notes of the map a lot more "woa h" but even with adding a spinner that still wouldnt be longer than Len's part afaik

again, the difference in length is only a couple seconds, and Shiirn, Oko, Monstrata, Ascendance, and a few others agree that its negligible and shouldnt matter.

- 02:35:697 (4,5,1,2) - these types of stream don't really look aesthetically pleasing? all the notes could be more equally spaced out or put in a different way, applies for all stream that look like this in your part.

- 04:25:783 (2,3) - 04:27:076 (2,3) - strong clap here (NC:1 clap), i feel like it doesn't really follow the song nor the hitsounds at the beginning of the parts. you could just a clap here 04:25:870 (3) - and here 04:27:249 (3) -

- 05:11:387 (2,1,2) - this overlap feels really weird and is kinda hard to read. i didn't think there was a mini gap between the 1,2 the first time i saw it and it threw me off.
- 05:25:266 (1,1,1) - the 3 different combos there really necessary? would it feel fine to just keep this 1 combo?
- 05:29:059 (1,2,3,1,2) - another questionable and confusing overlap (in my opinion)
