To answer your question: no its not allowed to use elements from other skins, even if you get the permission to use them. Please replace these as fast as possible. If they dont get changed out your skin will get deleted

I have not left a download link yet, so there is no need to rush.
Im confused "If you are using any elements created by another community member, ask permission beforehand. Respecting the work of others is paramount and most people will be delighted to have their work featured in your projects! You shouldn't rely on the wiki to be fully up to date. For example, the asking for permission rule is quite a few years old and has been rewritten. You can read the actual rules here: https://osu.ppy.sh/community/forums/topics/318193 (I suppose it is confusing that the rules only appear in the main forum and not in this subforum). Oh and FYI, the ranking criteria only apply to maps, not skin sharing on the forums or things like that.

No, the borrowed elements will still count as mixed unless you cannot tell they're from another skin anymore (meaning that you completely redid them).

I removed all other elements. Now it is 100% my custom skin. Check and place in the ready-made skins section for video games.
