I7. [b:06421]I will not download external skins.[/b:06421] Just include the skin inside your map if you want to force a skin. I'm used not to download videos; now depending on the music I may download videos. You can also ask me to.
I8. [b:06421]I'm willing to give stars to maps, even those that aren't my own.[/b:06421] Just PM me if you need some stars; I will also give stars on maps I like for obvious reasons. If you PM me to get stars though, your map must have shown considerable progress to being ranked.
I9. [b:06421]Mod4mod requests have 5 minutes extra mod, will be somewhat prioritized, and can be posted even if the queue is closed.[/b:06421] Aka if you request a mod4mod and you have modded my map, you can get an extra 5 minutes of the song modded for a total of 15 minutes (instead of regular 10 minutes). In addition, your map will be moved up the queue, and you can post your map when the queue is closed if you also post your mod post.

[b:06421]Friends can get complete mod if they give mod4mod, will be prioritized, and can be posted even if the queue is closed.[/b:06421] Either being a friend in my list or belonging in an osu! players group I belong to allows being able to 1) get full mod if you mod4mod (as opposed to only extra 5 minutes), 2) to probably get a precedence if I'm in a good mood or something, and 3) can post even if the queue is closed. Note that friends still need to obey rules. Fulfilling only 4 common rules (and 4 generally-already-fulfilled rules) is not that hard.

Okay new rule: You only need to follow #3 or #12 since both requires you to read the rules.
Uh what are the rules? #2,3,4,6,9,12 right? And #4,6 are satisfied by most. That leaves 2,3,9,12. Only one of 3 and 12 needs to be followed. Only three rules. Only three. You expect to even remove the rules altogether?

Friends and BHO (osu! players group I belong to) still needs to follow all; the difference is when mod4mod applies (you can ask me to mod all your diffs instead of a total of 15 minutes) and the aftermath (I'll recheck the maps much more often).
