Remapped Hard, changed mp3 to 192kbps CBR, and removed 'djmax' in the tags as 'djmax' is already included in the source.

Add 'Heart Beat part 2' on the tags or change the title to that as it is now widely known as the title of this song internationally. In Korea though, it is known as 설레임 (Seoleim). Use the title that you prefer.
