Don't be so harsh, it actually wouldn't be forbidden to create mixed skins for others, aslong as they aren't posted on the forum.

ok, here goes nothing xd

▲ ApproachCircle : white, overlaps with overlay
▲ Cursor, Cursor Trail : yellow, short trail
▲ Numbers : T H I C C
▲ Hitbursts : numbers, placed on abovet he circle (except for miss)
▲ Hitcircle and Hitcircleoverlay : tint - ring only, transparent | overlay - white, same width as sliderbody
▲ Lighting : blank
▲ Menu-back : with a waifu, something similar to lazer's back button, animated if possible
▲ Menu-button-background : black
▲ Pause/Fail screen : feel free to go ham
▲Play-skip : with a waifu, not animated, don't do centering gimmick
▲Play-warningarrow : small, offseted for the gameplay frame in 16:10
▲Ranking-panel : feel free to go ham
▲Lifebar : yellow, "TheMadCharles" on it, has a waifu on it, colour not animated, 16:10 gameplay frame
▲Section Pass and Section Fail : if you have Kagamine Rin English ver., make the waifu say "Let's Go!" on pass and "Uh-oh" on fail.
▲Mod icons : two letter abbreviations, no waifu, every icon has a different color
▲Slider : black track override, 50% gray border, no sliderends
▲Spinner : use old style, metre blank, background is a waifu on the right side only, circle has feedback, no spin text, clear has 'height' amount of pixels offset to top
▲Main theme (character) (if there is ?) : Kagamine Rin, Yellow
▲Any others specifications ? : don't skin the top part in song select, use all sounds from Aesthetic only, use Exo 2 font family
▲Private Skin? (Y/N) : No

▲ Numbers : Thin font

▲ Hitbursts : no 300, but basic 50 and 100s, with a ":(" miss

▲ Hitcircle and Hitcircleoverlay : i want it readable but not too plain. go wild

▲ Lighting : go wild but keep it playable

▲ Menu-back : chicken :)

▲ Menu-button-background : maybe chicken walk prints. go wild. chicken themed

▲ Pause/Fail screen : CHICKENs! go crazy here get creative

▲Play-skip : not sure, chicken theme

▲Play-warningarrow : egg

▲Ranking-panel : be creative, chicken themed

▲Lifebar : chicken but can the life bar be centered?

▲Section Pass and Section Fail : chicken

▲Mod icons : egg shaped!

▲Slider : playable

▲Spinner : FANCY CHICKEN SPINNER

▲Main theme (character) (if there is ?) : CHICKENS! either do irl chickens or drawn you pick

▲Any others specifications ? : BASICALLY make it playable and fuctional at high level play but also cute where it can be !
