  1. There is no need for two acceleratorbg1.pngs. You can just delete the SB folder then edit the storyboard so that it uses the main bg instead of the bg in the SB folder.
  2. Kiai needs to be consistent is all diffs... there is no Kiai in Moderation o.o
  3. Disable letterboxing during breaks because of the SB.

  1. The SV seems a bit high for the easiest diff... But that's not worth the trouble to fix. For easier difficulties, 1.0 spacing is best, using something lower can be confusing because your mouse moves faster on sliders than it does between circles if you know what I mean. No need to change but you should keep that in mind for future reference.
  2. 00:34:268 (3) - In general its a bad idea to use more than one repeat on the easiest diff because its unexpected to most people, even experienced players.
  3. 00:51:687 (1,3,7,4) - You can add some white points to these to make neat looking sliders http://puu.sh/lCYJ http://puu.sh/lCZm
  4. 01:42:010 (4) - Same as mentioned before about multi-repeat sliders (By the way, the longer ones that happen after the break are fine in my opinion because there is plenty of time for the player to see the next repeat).

Wow! All the skin elements look really cool! Great job!

Kiai should be consistent throughout difficulties of your mapset (especially since it is shown on the main menu). If you have a guest difficulty from another mapper that uses different kiai, then it's fine as long as it still makes sense.
So set the kiai time in Moderation the same way as in Maximum (or vice versa, but this wouldn't actually make sense). I don't see any reason why you shouldn't do that.

This is a song from Touhou. There are so many tags you could add, i.e. "Touhou 11 Subterranean Animism Final Stage Utsuho Reiuji Nuclear Fusion". You should really add some.

00:28:139 - (6) and (7) you should either stack them directly under the end of (5) or use normal distance spacing. It is playable without problems, but it looks uggly imo.
00:33:381 - (3) delete, neither does this stream fit to the song, nor is it fun to play after all the circles before
00:37:655 - (3), (4), (5) you should move this stream somewhere else, it is too close to (6). You can place it on the head of (6), too.
00:40:881 - (7) waaah, this jump out of nowhere. I suggest selecting (7), (8), (9), (10), hitting ctrl+r and adjusting the spacing.
02:35:236 - meh, why a break here? I want to play this part of the song. Would be nice, if you could map something here.
03:44:268 - same as the first point I mentioned
03:53:784 - same as the third point I mentioned

I like that diff really much (probably because of AR 9). Good job.

Moderation:
This is a Normal diff, right (patterns and SV look so)? Set AR 5 then. An AR of 2 with a SV of 1.0x on 186 bpm plays really bad. You shouldn't underestimate normal players. For most of them normal AR is easier to read than slow AR.
Also increase HP-Drain and OD to 4.

00:34:268 - (3) sliders with 2 repeats play bad nearly in all cases. Especialy for normal players the second repeat will come to surprising. You could change it to this for example: http://puu.sh/nqPN.

00:56:849 - (11) maybe NC here, but I am not sure

00:22:010 (6) - you jump this note, and to me, the jump should at (5) for at that time have the same sound with (1), where have a jump. maybe you can use jump at both (5) and (6)
00:22:655 (8) - jump after this repeat slider? for at the end of the slider that sound show up, and be more smooth to me
00:28:784 (2) - imo, your 1/2 sliders curverd too much, here is my [urlhttp://puu.sh/wgG0]suggestion[/url]. you may not fix them in this map for they are ok now, though i think you can pay some attaintion on these issue in your next map XD
00:36:204 (1,2,3,4) - spacing here is increasing, and to me they are not suit the music well, change the place between (2) & (4)? (you may need to move (2,3,4) in next combo if you follow this)
00:38:462 (7,1) - stack these two?
00:50:236 (3) - place this circle right part of the playfield
01:13:784 (7) - jump? in consistancy with (3)
01:21:204 (5) - circle? in consistancy with 01:18:623 (4)
01:36:042 (2) - not stack well with the former (2)
01:42:171 (T) - 45% volume?
01:44:591 (5) - (6) start the music, and i suggest you jump (5)
02:06:526 - break is more than enough around here..
02:52:171 (6) - Ctrl+R? spacing here is small

00:34:268 (3) - spacing after this silder is confusing, for you use jump in this diff., and i suggest you to move (2,3) avay from the middle
00:51:687 (1) - you use soft hitsound here, and i think soft-whistle is not suit the music well, maybe you can use some clap
01:13:300 (4) -how about make these sliders like this
01:24:107 (1) - i prefer stack here
01:51:687 (3) - split this repeat slider to a circle and a repeat slider following? thus the two repeat sliders can cover the same sound
03:12:333 (1) - this stack is not plays well, maybe to use a jump here?
03:50:236 (2) - add a circle?

00:50:074 (6,7) - as this is the easist diff. over the mapset, may be use slider would be better
