Spacing Issues:
00:20:93 (6) - Move closer to 5.
00:30:56 (2) - Move closer to 3.
00:34:14 (1,2,3,4) - Move all this closer to 12 by one tick using the Grid Level 2.
01:12:67 (2,3,4,5) - Move all closer to 1.
01:15:15 (7,8,9) - Possibly make these a little closer together to each other like combo 14-19.
01:19:28 (7,8,9,10) - Make these a little closer like the above line.
01:38:27 (14) - Maybe even start a new combo here.
01:55:06 (10,11) - Space these out evenly with 8 and 9.
02:13:22 (14) - Start a new combo maybe.
02:14:74 (21) - Move closer to 20. Or to 7, if you started a new combo.
02:20:66 (9) - Move it closer to 10, or move 10 closer to 9.

00:58:64 (6,7) - Stack these or move then just a little closer together.
02:14:74 (8) - Move to the right.
02:20:24 (8,9) - Space these out better.
02:38:00 (13,14,15,16) - Move this sequence down a bit.

Insane:
00:43:22 (3) - New combo.
01:33:59 (9,10,11) - Make these evenly spaced.
01:38:27 (1,2,3,4,5) - Spacing is even, timing isn't. Respace.
01:42:40 (1,2,3,4) - Same thing here.
02:19:83 (1) - Make this a white tick longer.
02:35:52 (1,2,3) - Fix the uneven spacing.

And add some hitsounds!

Just 2 issue I see, otherwise this is bubble worthy.

-You need a normal or easy difficulty since both maps would be too hard for some people.

-Like CheeseWarlock mentioned, you need to add hitsounds.

I see you lowered your hit volume on hard. Do that with your other difficulties as well so the hitsounds won't overpower the music.

Normal

00:29:74 (7) - New combo.
02:17:63 (6) - New combo.

Hard

02:37:72 (12) - New combo.
02:46:53 (14) - New combo.
02:48:73 (1) - Remove the new combo.

Insane

00:23:41 (12) - New combo.

Other than that, look good.
