How do i get rid of the hit circle after note?

I like to edit skins to my liking and i like to use skins that dont have an after note after you hit them ex. https://gyazo.com/59b964850fb61c90c2ff4bbfb6e90568

Does any one know what i edit in the skin file to make the note just disappear instantly?

I dont know what im doing wrong but ive done everything it says in the notes.
I,ve tried copying and pasting the files and that doesnt work either.

Im useless...

Ive tried to change the the hit circle over lap number like it says and that didnt do anything
Ive tried to just copy and paste the hit circle files and the skin.ini file and thats not done anything
Im not that good with skinning or anything i just copy and paste stuff lol, i dont know what im doing with all the technical stuff
