You need to map the first and second break. It is weird when you break and at the same time the vocal starts. It is not a very long map, so you do not need so many break time

01:26:985 (1) - the spinner is too short for Easy. Also, the next circle is to close to this spinner

Thanks for your mod! Fixed most issues except "unused image" and offset, which I need a bit more explanation on.

I'm impressed that this is your 1st map.

Anyway, suggest you find a higher quality mp3 because this one sounds like you ripped it directly off the video, hence the muffling. If you use another mp3, the offset will likely change, when that happens you can call me back.


KeA Easy:

No claps here? I think they go rather well with the song.

I think the proximity in this map is a tad much. Can make things confusing for the player, but I suppose patience in reading the approach rate solves things.

Kind of debatable, but I would suggest you go over this difficulty and play it through by sightreading a little to see which patterns and notes are more intuitive so you can fix some potential issues with spacing since the Distance Snap is very textbook here.

- 01:30:187 (4) - Stack on slider.

S.S.S Normal:

Like KeA, devoid of claps. Once you go over the hitsound suggestions in the following difficulties. You can apply them here.

- 01:49:569 (1) - Spinner should end on - 01:52:603 -

Arianrhod Hard:

- 00:28:670 (4,5,6,7) - Looks neater and less confusing.

- 00:31:367 (4,5,6,7) - Do the same as above. Including all similar patterns/rhythm, eg. - 00:34:063 (4,5,6,7) -

- 00:53:951 (7) - Remove the claps. Put a clap on the beginning and end of the repeat slider instead.
( - 00:53:951 - & - 00:54:457 - )

- 01:00:019 (1,2,3) - Suggestion to use New Combo on (2 & 3) since this pattern make use of a perfect overlap.

- 01:01:873 (4) - Stack on the end of the previous slider.

- 01:03:389 (4) - Remove clap.

- 01:04:232 (7) - ^

- 01:05:075 (2) - Add a clap.

01:20:917 (1,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - Remove every single clap by mass-selection.

The clapping rhythm should be like this: 01:21:591 (1,2) - (1) should have no claps. While the beginning of (2) should receive a clap.

The order repeats itself. You can try variations of clapping style but make sure the claps don't land on the downbeat because that will disrupt the flow. Best to stick with what I wrote here.

- 01:26:647 (4,5) - Move somewhere else. Overlapping here is not pretty.

- 01:32:378 (7) - Remove this note.

- 01:43:164 (5) - ^

Ao no Insane:

Pattern-wise. Moderately clean and almost no bad overlapping. Rhythm is simple and you did not complicate anything, hitsound usage however, is a little misplaced.

- 00:44:176 (1) - Move the spinner to the previous red-tick on - 00:44:007 -

- 01:49:569 (1) - Remove the clap.

- 01:53:277 (6) - Remove the claps on the rest of the notes to come. Don't place them on White ticks here. It's terrible.

- 01:53:614 (8) & 01:54:288 (3) - Now, you place the claps on the White ticks here, rather than the previous examples.

Listen to the rhythm now and you'll catch on. Do the same for the rest of the notes you put claps on.

- 01:55:299 (1) - Clap on this particular repeat. From here on, consistent claps would be pretty nice.

- 01:57:996 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - Remove all the claps. Utilize the rhythm I mentioned earlier.

02:04:400 (5,6) - Reverse the clapping position. 6 should have a clap instead of 5.

That's it.

- Preview point should be at 01:28:943 as well.
- Please keep end point the same for all diffs so either do a circle for 02:07:876 (Normal, Hard) or add spinner to Easy and Insane at that spot.
- If you're going to map this break at 01:52:369 for Insane, then map it for the other diffs as well. let beginners/casual player enjoy this part of the song as well and not just experienced player and this song isn't very long anyway so having no breaks is fine.
- Same with the beginning, if you're going to map it in Insane map it in the other diffs as well, the only time that it's fine to have a different begin / break time is when it's a guest diff imo.
- Combo colors are slightly different between diff, edit via notepad (File > open .osu in notepad), copy from one of the diff the combo colors, and paste it the other diffs.
- comboburst-1 & comboburst-2 exceed the 500px width limit, resize/crop so that it's lower than this. viewtopic.php?f=15&t=51694
- Just keep tick rate 1. 0.5x tick rate is unrankable now and I don't understand why you use slider tick 2 for Hard.
- Insane has an offset of 1339 which is different, not sure which timing is right so check it. Offset needs to be consistent between diffs in a mapset.
- I'll leave the timing check to someone, I'm not too good with timing, but it feel off to me.

Well I guess that's all, you should fix all the issues.

01:02:482 (2,3) - I suggest doing a slider instead, this rhythm is a little hard to play for the easiest diff.
01:14:449 (4) - Don't do kick slider (repeating slider with more than one repeat) on the easiest diff. Do something else instead. Perhaps add a hit circle at 01:14:449 and a slider at 01:14:786 and end it at 01:15:460.
01:20:347 (2,3) - Similar to 01:02:482, feel a little difficult for the easiest diff.
01:31:977 (6) - Similar to 01:14:449, try something else. But this one isn't as bad as it points to the next note.
01:42:426 (5) - ^ please do something else.
02:07:201 (1,2,3) - Just do a repeating slider instead since this is the easiest diff.

Didn't mention the kick sliders at 01:58:606 since they play well enough. Pretty nice although I think more patterns could be simplify, feel a little too hard for Easy. Hitsound could be nicer, but I'll leave this to somewhere else. Slider as well.

[Normal]

+1 approach rate, current approach rate make the screen feel clustered and your note density is quite high.

00:41:752 (1,2) - Slider fit nicer with the instruments.
00:52:538 (1,2) - It's a better idea to do short repeating slider instead. This pattern feel too hard for a Normal.
00:53:213 (3,4) - ^
00:53:887 (5,6) - ^
01:08:718 (1) - This kick slider doesn't play very well at all, there's nothing really saying there's going to be another repeat so do something else.
01:21:527 (1) - I would remove a repeat, this next note play weird like this and it's probably too hard for Normal.
01:22:201 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - I would definitely try to rework this. Add slider/repeating slider to this part. Too many hit circles in a row imo and you can easily add sliders here.
01:31:977 (2) - I don't really like this at all, do a mix of slider+ hit circle seems nicer to me.
01:42:426 (2,3) - Very confusing to play, you have to guest how many repeats the sliders are going to have and you don't have much time to react at all.

Perhaps try to find a custom hitsound, clap doesn't really fit too well with how you did the hitsounding imo.

[Hard]

+1 ar please. Similar reason to Normal.

00:49:842 (1,2,3,4) - Curving all the slider give a nicer feel.
00:51:190 (1,2,3,4) - ^
00:54:561 (7) - The way you place the note, the extra repeat is confusing. removing the repeat feel nicer.
00:59:280 (5,6) - If you're going to do this, do a slider, (5) plays weird since I can hear a note on the red tick so I thought I had to hit it earlier.
01:40:404 (3,4,5) - Space this out, this part just feel very clustered and stacking this make it feel even worse. Very hard to read with current approach rate as well.
01:42:426 (1,2,3,4) - Curving all the slider here give a nicer feel.

[Insane]
00:43:099 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - This is quite an annoying pattern to play, doing shorts sliders instead works better so (1,2) a slider, (3,4) a slider and etc.
02:03:998 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - ^ if you do short sliders for above, I would do it here too for consistency.

This is a lot better than the other diffs. Nice job!

Well this is good if this is your first beatmap. It still need work, but I'm sure with enough mods you'll get there.

No star because of this and sorry for lazy mod since I don't really like the song (It may not look lazy, but it really is, I usually show you a screenshot of what I mean, but here I don't so that's what I mean and I ignore some minor issues as well.)

Didn't mention the kick sliders at 01:58:606 since they play well enough. Pretty nice although I think more patterns could be simplify, feel a little too hard for Easy. Hitsound could be nicer, but I'll leave this to somewhere else. Slider as well.

+1 approach rate, current approach rate make the screen feel clustered and your note density is quite high.

00:41:752 (1,2) - Slider fit nicer with the instruments.
00:52:538 (1,2) - It's a better idea to do short repeating slider instead. This pattern feel too hard for a Normal.

01:08:718 (1) - This kick slider doesn't play very well at all, there's nothing really saying there's going to be another repeat so do something else.

01:22:201 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - I would definitely try to rework this. Add slider/repeating slider to this part. Too many hit circles in a row imo and you can easily add sliders here.
01:31:977 (2) - I don't really like this at all, do a mix of slider+ hit circle seems nicer to me.
01:42:426 (2,3) - Very confusing to play, you have to guest how many repeats the sliders are going to have and you don't have much time to react at all.

Perhaps try to find a custom hitsound, clap doesn't really fit too well with how you did the hitsounding imo.

[Hard]

+1 ar please. Similar reason to Normal.

00:49:842 (1,2,3,4) - Curving all the slider give a nicer feel.

00:54:561 (7) - The way you place the note, the extra repeat is confusing. removing the repeat feel nicer.

This is a lot better than the other diffs. Nice job!

Well this is good if this is your first beatmap. It still need work, but I'm sure with enough mods you'll get there.

No star because of this and sorry for lazy mod since I don't really like the song (It may not look lazy, but it really is, I usually show you a screenshot of what I mean, but here I don't so that's what I mean and I ignore some minor issues as well.)

Go into timing setup, select all your timing points and move all selected offsets by +12. This should be a LOT better (at least from what I can play from on insane). I'll toss your map a mod once you do this, so don't KDS this post ;3.

From what I can tell from looking at it, problems are most likely dealing with hitsounds. I'll do a full mod when you fix the offset~

Yeah, Faust was right, this is a impressive map considering it is your first submitted.
