didn't see anything missing, it just slight different mapping view between me and arzenvald. u see him didnt mapping the violin and focusing on piano sound, so he may emphasize it with +1note without piano keysound, so on every 1/1 beat there are 3notes or triplet, While i focusing both on violin and piano, i just mapped what actual instruments there are. you wont see any LN on this part of him01:21:477 (81477|3,81524|2,81571|1,81618|0) - Those notes hitsounded with a clap,but on other diffs( according to if there's even notes to hs be placed on) only 7K Insane have same HSes, while Usagi's 7k Hard and 4k Hard have different ones.That's all i found. EZ-NM Basicaly follows the drum, i did make it different through 4K difficulties with 7K difficulties. They must have different pattern composition, for example if i change with piano keysound A#5 you mentioned at easy and normal difficulty then you will hear piano stairs but you only need to hit 2 piano notes, sounds weird isn't. so i changed by the pattern what it fits with its difficulty. 1/4 piano stream for hard one using piano keysound and 1/2 drum beats with custom drum hitsound. and gonna mention the hardest would be have both piano and drum notes, so they may have their own keysound and fit with the difficulty needs
I sorted out some similar problem you gave to me cz it would be easier to reply it. so here's the conclusion,
Everything u mentioned about hitsound difference through map's difficulties are intended. I put keysound (and custom histound of course) following the note structure or pattern that every diff represent, there are 3 kind of keysound i had on this map, first is Piano keysound, the second is Drum Keysound (which are custom hitsounds) and the last is supportive keysound (which i use custom snare sound) to represent any instrument sound which are not a piano or drum.

Congratulations on qualification, but i had check the hitsounds and i think there are two issues:
B6S.wav isn't used. I searched with notepad++ and it wasn't found: https://puu.sh/zkouu.png (All difficulties were added to search)
Also, I don't see any .osb file that could be used for this hitsound.

Do the 160 bpm first at 00:19:415 - , so that the notes after this one doesn't get moved because of red line before.
Don't forget to resnap and normalize some notes after using the red line.

With ur timing, it doesn't sync with the beat properly and it isn't allowed. you can try look at t/472500/start=150 and t/474789/start=135 if you're unsure. Cause those map got DQ because of these issues.

00:18:561 (18561|6) - In top diff, I don't know if it applies to other diffs, should be at 00:18:575 - on the 1/12 the snap u gave 1/12 played at 25% playrate its look late, but with current snap (1/8) is fit since at that snap we can hear the sound of high pitch key. Actually the sound itself is hard to distinguish since it's covered by long sound of note B#5
