I think we need to tone this down a little bit still. I'm thinking it's the combination of a very fast velocity and the high note density. I think reducing frequency will be the best bet (beyond a complete remap which I'd rather not have someone do). Try simplifying rhythms (such as the quick 1/4 sliders or removing some of the extra 1/2 rhythms) and smooth the flow a little bit along the way. Try putting in some jumps with the gaps in rhythm to give it some spice without making it overly difficult.

Looks good, though I'm not a fan of all the new combo spam during the chorus parts. Just make shorter combos to adjust for the high HP drain and lower note density.

00:16:355 (5,1) - I didn't like the stop and go motion that these two created. You mapped so much fairly consistent spacing/jumps up to here, and to have an abrupt stop like that feels jarring.
00:44:816 (5,1,2,3) - I really don't feel the rhythms you're using here. They kind of go against the tom roll during 00:44:585 (3,4) - and a little after. They'd feel much more natural as single hits.
00:46:278 (7,8) - Feels like extraneous triples to me. Doesn't fit the music imo

There are quite a lot of these in the map, if you wish to address this.
00:59:084 (2) - I really don't like these really fast short sliders following such slower longer sliders. It doesn't make the map flow very well with the music. The song is fairly steady right here, and having a velocity change like that in the middle of a phrase feels unintuitive and jarring.
01:05:661 (7,1) - After all those jumps, I kind of expected these to have a larger spacing between them.
01:08:200 (4,5) - Ugly overlap
01:10:508 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1) - I'm fine with this rhythm up until about 01:12:123 - or 01:12:354 - . There's a definite stop feeling in the melody line, and you keep on pounding away at crazy jumps that really don't fit to the feel of the winding down of the phrase.
01:41:507 (2,3,4,5) - Same comments as earlier
01:58:815 (1,2,3,4) - Kind of the same thing from the previous kiai section. You keep going on with this rhythm when the song has a definite feeling of a hold instead of a continued crazy jump with 1/2 sliders feel.
02:05:046 (4,1,2,3,4) - This does not flow very well at all. I also had issue with it since during this part of the song every other time, it was associated with very large spacing and sliders, but this time you used very close spacing and circles. Felt very inconsistent.
I talked with val a little bit, and I think going in the direction of possibly toning the difficulty of your map down a little bit so it can act as an Insane difficulty that is a bridge between the Hard -> Prankster0108 difficulties would serve the difficulty spread much better for this set. Right now the jump from Hard -> Posca or Prankster is just huge, and I'm already asking val to tone the Hard down a little more.
