I'd say that you should increase your Approach Rate of 2 ticks; your value is a bit low, considering also that you're not using a Large Circle's size. Plus, at the end of the spinners, a new play may confuse it with the next circle's approach rate. (Example: http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/123288)
