I'd say that you should increase your Approach Rate of 2 ticks; your value is a bit low, considering also that you're not using a Large Circle's size. Plus, at the end of the spinners, a new play may confuse it with the next circle's approach rate. (Example:

Finally, I'd complain those spinners [00:28:402 (1) - 00:45:161 (1) - 00:51:575 (1) - 01:09:988 (1) -] , because their recovery time with the next hitobject is really short and I don't really reccomend it for an easier difficulty. So..please reduce them or replace them with some hitobjects.
