Doku Nero
Set SV 1.40 at all diffs
Unreal Oni:
01:04:401 - this diff don't need break at this part
01:19:170, 02:30:401 - too long streams. Try to make patterns like this
03:14:709 - add note
Kantan
no love for Kantan :(

great consistency.

[ Futsuu]

00:34:847 - ~ 00:53:924 - Better map on vocal
01:43:770 - same goes with this part
| According to first part rhythm which make Futsuu player instinct know they will hit on Vocal
| (If you want to make this part easy i think you might skip some 1/1 vocal and only full map on some 1/2 (http://puu.sh/teXHp/061cfb5a00.jpg))

This difficulty should nerf like around 20 ~ 70 notes ?

[ Muzukashii]

00:15:155 - ~00:29:924 - pls nerf
01:34:232 - same...
| Too long 1/2 stream
| Muscles gained
| I think you might change to this http://puu.sh/teYUj/00a315fdb5.jpg , yes it sound worse but current pattern is too hard

00:34:847 - you can change to what i have said in Futsuu
01:43:770 - this part too

02:48:078 - add spinner
02:51:001 -
| Break are too long (and with this intense song)

02:52:693 - 03:04:693 - add more note!
| More vocal can be cover
| Instrumental are getting more intense

This difficulty should get buff a lot, you can add some part to follow drum (just a bit to make it harder)

[ Oni]

| Ned to Buff a lot, adding more rhythm on drum will be great!
| You can apply a mod from Muzukashii mod

[ Inner Oni]

| Yes like i said in Oni mod

Hello!

Metadata: I believe putting YouTube as the source is incorrect, since "YouTube" isn't an album or something like that. *shrug* I suppose it could be left blank.

Hmm, my advice constantly revolves around adding more notes :/ You don't want to ALWAYS be doing that ahhhaa :?

Futsuu
SPOILER
This notes in this difficulty often follow the vocals, which can be okay, but can cause a few problems in this difficulty when notes stand on the red line beats and have not had a 1/2 pattern prior to lead in to those red line notes, and do not have much preparation time beforehand (3/2 distance), and the next note is 1/1 beat away. For example,
01:16:539 and 01:16:847 - These red line dons appear right after the syncopated section between 01:14:847 - 01:16:078, which had ended on a white line. This makes the following dons somewhat awkward to play for the unsuspecting Futsuu player. I suggest adding a kat at 01:16:385 to 'lead into' the following notes.
Keep watch for further instances of this, such as at 01:31:770 (except you have finishers in the way...that's a problem. Ignore this one, I guess), 02:25:309.

Hmm, but adding notes there would probably increase the SR...well, the song already has a lot of 1/2 doublets in already, so it's the song's fault :D

The introduction has got a weird rhythm, but...blame it on the song. It's an awkward part, so I won't comment on it.

00:34:539 - 00:53:924
Since this section is all 1/1 beats, the notes here should follow more to the beat of the song, rather than the vocals. Still, it's pretty good as is.
(Excluding the first don at 00:34:539,) I suggest splitting this section into 1/1 into patterns of 7,1,3,1,1,5,7 and again with the same 7,1,3,1,1,5,7. Or, you could do it as 7,1,3,3,5,7 and again 7,1,3,3,5,7. I find that these are a good compromise between following vocals and emphasising the beat. You can colour the patterns however you wish, though I would suggest to make it emphasise the beat as well.

Sliders:
The slider at 00:54:232 should be moved one beat forward to 00:54:539
Likewise, move the slider at 02:03:155 to 02:03:462

Muzukashii
SPOILER
00:19:462 d to k. From 00:15:155, the 1/2 triplet song rhythms all start on a heavy beat. At 00:20:078, this changes so that the triplet rhythms end on a heavy beat. Changing the d to k will emphasise this sudden change in rhythm for the following dkd.

00:23:309 Maybe cut the note here. The pattern is quite long.

00:23:452 - 00:25:309 Change the pattern to kdkkdkdkdkddk or kddkdkdkdkddk. This fits the melody better, I find (, unless you really want the kkdkkdkk pattern in here.)

00:29:309 Like before, d to k.

00:34:539 You could add dd to make it a 1/2 triplet.

00:34:847 - 00:53:924 Spruce it up a little. It gets somewhat boring. Not only could you add some notes to make some 1/2 triplets, you could remove a note to produce a more distinct rhythm to your patterns.

01:09:309 - 01:11:770 I suggest filling some of the 1/2 gaps here with notes.

First Kiai section - For the first half, it seems identical to the Kiai in Futsuu. You are at liberty to add a few more notes in.

01:33:924 - 01:35:462 You should try to make it the same as 00:15:155 - 00:16:693. The main problem here is that the 1/2 triplet rhythms don't match up to the song.

01:38:232 Just like before, change d to k.

01:43:770 - 02:02847 Like before, this should be changed to not be so boring. Add and remove notes at your leisure.

Second Kiai Section - Also like before, the first half is quite similar to Futsuu. You've already done a good job with the latter half of the Kiai, so the same could be done to the former.

03:09:616 Remove or replace the note with a non-finisher, perhaps. In fact, this finisher section could do with more notes.

Sliders:
Just like Futsuu, move your sliders.
01:40:385 These two sliders should be replaced with 1/2 notes.

Oni
SPOILER
00:34:847 - 00:44:385 Could do with a varied rhythm.

01:17:924 You shouldn't have a finisher there if the preceding note is the same colour.

02:26:847 Same as above.

Seems pretty good though.

Unreal Oni (Is this difficulty meant to be an Inner Oni difficulty?)
Eh I don't have any major problems with it.

Keep it up! :D
