I stopped bothering to mod ztrot maps, since they're just perfect every single damn time.

I like this, thus I will be starring. :3
Khono_old
Map is awesome with double time mode. Also, surprisingly great music here, it's a pity that almost all of the music in this game is peace of ....
So you've got my star, i hope you will finish it ;)

This map is awesooooome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! п_п

Hmm...I could be mistaken but the official name of the song is "Make Believe". I'm not completely sure, but it's better known as I Want You. Maybe add Make Believe to the tags if you don't want to change the name? Good map, anyways :D

Star star satr :3, I really like this song :)

03:30:911 (4) - remove break?
04:09:346 - end spinner here?

ztrot
00:59:980 (4) - new combo? note is clearer with the orange and emphasizes the start of the break
01:53:884 (1) - sieg heil mein fuhrer - reverse this slider, stack it under (3), and reverse it again
04:09:346 - end spinner here?
lolcubes
Okay, lets see.

[General]:
  1. The default hitsounds is a little too quiet imo. Maybe raise the volume to 80~85%?
[Hard]:
  1. While the map isn't as hard as a real insane, the difficulty settings sure make it quite hard for a hard. AR8 fits, so no problems there, but OD8 in a hard diff is just meh. I highly recommend lowering it to 7 atleast.
  2. 00:29:981 (1) - Finish at the start? (it's in the music atleast and you used it later on in the map)
  3. 00:44:981 (3) - ^
  4. 00:55:996 (6) - Suggestion: move this note to the right side of the slider? Plays better. Like this.
  5. 01:18:729 (6) - New combo (for consistency atleast), remove NC from next note.
  6. 01:26:229 (11) - ^
  7. 01:41:111 (1) - This note is very hard to read while playing. Noone would guess it's on a blue tick. Maybe think of something else or put it to the white tick? (i'd prefer the latter)
  8. 01:59:978 (1) - Finish at the start?
  9. 02:15:914 (9) - I don't like the finish on this note. Consider removing it as it doesn't follow any similar sounds in the music.
  10. 02:17:788 (1) - Finish at the start. (you used it later as well)
  11. 02:32:788 (3) - Finish at the start?
  12. 03:32:082 (1) - Finish on the spinner.
[Gladi's Normal]:
  1. 00:33:731 (1) - Maybe remove finish? Not in the music atleast. :P
  2. 00:41:231 (1) - ^
  3. 00:43:106 (3) - ^
  4. 00:48:731 (1) - ^
  5. 00:56:230 (1) - ^
  6. 00:59:980 (1) - Finish here.
  7. 01:14:979 (1) - Finish at the start.
  8. 01:18:729 (1) - Remove finish? Not in the music. :D
  9. 01:24:354 (3) - ^
  10. 01:24:354 (3) - ^
  11. 01:33:260 (7) - ^ (at the end though in this case)
  12. 01:39:353 (3) - ^
  13. 01:41:228 (1) - ^
  14. 01:46:853 (4) - ^
  15. 01:48:728 (1) - ^
  16. 01:50:603 (3) - ^
  17. 02:01:852 (3) - ^
  18. 02:03:727 (1) - ^
  19. 02:05:602 (5) - ^
  20. 02:09:352 (3) - ^
  21. 02:24:819 (6) - Clap.
  22. 03:13:567 (4) - Clap.
  23. 03:47:316 (1) - ^
  24. 03:48:253 (3) - ^
  25. 03:54:347 (1) - Remove finish.
I suppose that's it, looks like finishes from ztrot's diff ran away into gladi's :D.
I tried to match the hitsounds to the music, but these are mostly suggestions (apart from stuff where you would probably add a finish or a clap).
Good luck!~
Charles445
Sure is a lot of modding in here

anyway

Gladi's Normal
01:20:604 - Add circle here. Make it more readable, fun, and doesn't push it over 3 stars.
02:35:014 (4) - This 1/4 is unexpected. Try a beat arrangement like this http://puu.sh/3OEB
03:37:004 - Clap
03:37:824 (4) - This 1/4 is unexpected. Try a beat arrangement like this http://puu.sh/3OF4
03:47:316 (1) - Clap
03:48:253 (3) - ^^
04:00:323 (5) - This 1/4 is unexpected. Try a beat arrangement like this http://puu.sh/3OFj
04:05:596 (1) - Have this spinner fade out. The very last drum hit sounds very strange

Hard
00:56:699 - Clap here (probably already fixed this though)
01:41:111 (1) - This note should be at 01:41:228 on the timeline. Plays WAY better in my opinion (don't need to change it though)
02:08:883 - Whistle here
02:09:118 - Remove whistle here
02:12:633 - Whistle instead of clap?
02:14:039 (5) - Find a way to make the slider moving sound quieter on this, it just sounds bad here
03:32:082 (1) - Make this spinner start quiet, then get louder right at the end, would be totally awesome
04:05:596 (1) - Have this spinner fade out. The very last drum hit sounds very strange

All of these are suggestions, nothing is totally wrong here
Lilac
Larto's difficulty was pretty good.

Ahahaha, good one, peppy. Yeah, gimme a second.

It's fine. Although, certain sliders from each other seemed a bit too short...and at times felt a bit too far. Mainly short though. Also, I might mod this properly...Later...

Shiirn
larto mod inc:
SILENCED SLIDER ENDS WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU DOING BOY /me takes out belt
you use 6, count 'em, 6 different slider speeds.
The final kiai speed really does not suit the song.
00:16:857 (9) - new combo
00:20:607 (5) - ^
00:24:357 (9) - ^
00:32:091 (6) - ^
pretty much whenever you hit double digits on combos in a song this slow you're pooting something up, so get better combos
00:41:231 (2,3,4) - this overlap makes me want to gouge my eyes out
00:44:629 (1,2) - why do you even make these sliders if you silence the end arrrggh at least make them soft or something
00:53:418 (5,6) - ugly
00:55:761 (15,1,2,3) - MY EYES DOTH BLEED
01:48:728 (1,2) - ugly
01:52:595 (1,2) - why do you even make these sliders if you silence the end arrrggh at least make them soft or something
02:03:727 (1,2) - ugly
02:29:048 (1,2) - i like this one
02:29:517 (2,3) - i don't like this one
02:41:235 (5,6) - ^
03:04:789 (3,4) - ^
03:06:664 (2,3) - just stack them on top of eachother
03:46:857 (1,2,3) - ^
generally speaking when you overlap sliders you should make it so that the end circle doesn't impede the natural flow of your mouse movement - jerking movements from ending the slider and needing to move a big area to start the next only to follow the exact same path on your way back make for unpleasing gameplay and it looks ugly too.
Larto
rejected!
Shiirn
Even though the general MAT/BAT/GMT committee has not made up their minds yet, silenced hitsounds are entirely unrankable. The rest is just my opinion, but that fact remains.

After 1 hour modding it I just found it:

Why on larto's dificulty the preview Time is -1?

Everything is sparkly clean here.

General:
Jeezus more than 250 spacing errors on Larto's diff. Then again AiMod is mental.
The Dark Red combo color is hard to see when its over scanty and knee-socks in the BG. consider a possible change of color?

Gladi's Normal:
02:13:102 (4,1) - (suggestion) These are kinda close together on the timeline for a Normal, perhaps start the spinner on the next red tick?
Sexy as always gladi.

Hard:
00:47:793 (4) - turn off distance snap and move one grid point to the left? it makes it even with previous notes.
03:53:409 (4) - same as the above mod except to the right one grid point.
Also super sexy

Larto's Insane:
00:18:029 (14,15,16) - center note 15 among 14,16. (I think its 1 to the right.)
00:44:864 (2) - please don't place this slider on the next slider. It looks ugly and does not play well in my opinion. Flip this to the other side of the beginning next slider.
03:40:295 (5) - this here slider is touching the HP bar.
This is like a mix of old classic and new style larto maps.

Star.
Copter-kun
Gladi's Normal
02:13:219 (1,1) - Two spinners combined does NOT look good, I recommend to have only one spinner
03:32:082~03:34:426 - Insert break time?

12:57 <ztrot> : yeah

12:57 <ztrot> : nice and slow bpm

Larto's insane
AR 8 looks better imo
03:26:936 (8,9,10,11) - sudden wierd spacing

And that's about it, lovely hit sounds, but a repetitive song. Nicely mapped, Star
SapphireGhost
Hi hi.

[General]
- Check your red timing sections because Lartroll's are different.
- I'm also not completely sure about the offset itself, you might want someone to check that. I kept hitting everything late in the first part and then it got better later. Then everything was really late. This was on Lartoast's diff, mind you.
- It would be quite nice in the summertime if you put a decrescendo on the last spinner.

[GLaDi's Normal]
I'm sort of tempted to say AR -1, but Nah!
00:59:980 (1) - You could possibly take this out and just drag the break to here. Possibly.
01:20:839 (4) - Sliders with multiple repeats can be confusing on easier difficulties. You could split it into two sliders and one note, possibly? Or maybe not.
02:02:789 (4,1) - Pattern could be confusing for the easiest difficulty, or maybe that's just my paranoia again.
02:35:014 (4) - Again about the slider thing, you could make it into a slider with one repeat and a note.
02:47:787 (1) - I feel like I've been repeating myself a lot so think about cake.
03:31:848 - Maaaybe put a break here? 3.7 seconds of drain is quite a bit.

Also it turns out that the suggestion I had about break dragging is sort of invalidated by the fact that ztrot's difficulties use it too so I would be making everyone change and that would be sort of a lot. But I also just realized that Larto did it like this and I think his way is cooler, but you can disagree.

[Hard]
Typical ztrot stuff.

[Lartella's Insanity]
This was so trollish that I loved it.

Star, with three rs for EMPHASIS.

Here's my taiko :x I hope its not too hard/too overmapped. If you dont like it, don't take it. ^^;

The break time was recently deleted, I have no idea why. Adding it back in~~ (I find a break more epic than nothing there @ztrot)

AR -1, you are crazy~~
I hate break dragging. It looks and plays HORRIBLE imo. It always makes me think that I have to hit another note and the--- RANDOM BREAK GEFAGTLH. So yeah~~
Multiple repeats and confusing? You just keep your mouse on it~ nothing confusing about it. Having it split up with notes etc. will be confusin, because hitting notes on blue ticks is a pain in the aars.
I added in the break again yes, it was there in the first place also. But ztrot (damn sletje <3) decided to delete it~~

[Gladi's Normal]

Is it just me or is the hitsound volume a bit too soft?

[Larto's Insane]

00:18:263 (15) - Move up 1 on lvl 3 grid.
00:32:091 (6,7) - Dat colour combo... No.
04:03:721 (1) - idk about this slider...

[Backfire's Taiko]

Less triples, more doubles. Too many triples.

Overall, I suck at modding or this is already a good mapset...

Some would argue that doubles are actually more confusing than triplets. This is supposed to be a simpler taiko map ><

01:27:870 (4) – remove note and have 01:28:104 (5) repeat one more time?

~Backfire's Taiko~

02:15:924 – this offset is a bit diff from the rest of the diffs. I don’t really understand the timing that goes into taiko diffs so just pointing this out to make sure it’s intentional :)

01:28:221 - 01:28:807 – This part feels too empty. Unlike the gap that comes before this one, it isn't completely silent..like the song is leading up to something. Maybe you can map a small lead in for the streams?
Suggestion
01:28:455 (x,x) – kd
01:28:807 (x) – k
01:29:627 – remove note here

00:33:145 (12,13) – Jump (like 10)? So the doublets go regular spacing – Jump – Jump…or make them all jumps? Feels kind of cramped right now.
03:50:597 (2) – not snapped to 1/6 properly?
04:03:721 (1) – not too sure if this was intentional but it isn’t snapped to anything

Humm, well I never felt it empty, but I suppose so. Also, I didnt change the timing, nor do I know exactly how much it is off by. I will leave it up to ztrot to fix that. I didn't delete the note from the stream, btw. Its much too sexy.

wasn't big on adding any notes but resnapped the slider and my message was to short so I need this extra stuff.

Ok fixed a lot of broken stuff on Larto's diff, moved a note on [Hard], deleted an extra red line on Taiko, fixed last offset on Taiko, resnapped ~390 notes on Taiko, then fixed Larto's diff once again because of unsnapped slider end and kiai.... god that was a lot X_X

Cherry Bubble~ NatsumeRin has a point, popping for now

Note: This map breaks a lot everytime it updates apparently, im really hoping if changes are REALLY NECESSARY before ranking to get another bubble first in case something breaks again.
NatsumeRin
BPM 128.000 offset 1869.

Adjust the 2nd and 3rd offset (to fix long white line) too.

Score Spread: 2M-14M-16M, Hard HP8 OD7, Insane HP7 OD6.

This bubble... are you kidding me?

Larto's Insane has very nice thoughts there, Hard is fun to play but too many streams (makes the diff spread really awful), have a star.

Edit: yeah, let's get things right before ranked.

Also make a taiko BG if you're not so busy.

ztrot
Uhh no?
If you are willing to help then please by all means instead of giving me the 1st offset and then leaving it as it how about a more in depth and detailed timing if not this one works fine.

I'll fix the settings a bit too

Edit yeah I see no reason for a taiko BG if someone wants to make one fine by me.
Sakura
Go figure, also yay nothing broke this time

BPM 128.00 offset 1,866
BPM 128.00 offset 137,803 (to fix long white line)
BPM 128.00 offset 215,606 (this is an offset reset)

Current timing has serious mistake at the part around 03:29:052 (in your timing, 03:29:036, about 15ms difference)

If you guys insist to bubble-rank this without even bother to doublecheck the timing, shame on you.

Difficulty spread is still poor (not only scores), Normal have few 1/2 circles, but Hard have many 1/4 streams, could you call it a nice spread?

Also you could ask a timing expert (Lybydose?) to make it sure for you.

the 2 timing has at least 8ms difference (from the beginning), and it's growing higher, how could you get them with only 5ms difference.

Also as already said, 3rd section is for a offset reset.

Someone doublecheck this?

Edit: pop it again if timing is wrong, otherwise, lol, i don't mind the diff spread that much.

And i can't even earn a kudosu by saying those!

Yeah keeping my bubble the timing is fine afaik and spread isn't super happy but it fits the score gap is large but not really game breaking.

I am really unsure about the timing. Here is what I currently got, but I have way too many doubts esp the place between my fourth and fifth section.

128.003 / 1880 (so weird that my offset is larger than everyone else's......)
128.003/ 45464
128.003/ 60010
128/ 74998
128/ 215616
KRZY
When unsure about timing, you know who to find.
Derekku
[General]
*I'm unsure of the title. The OST has "Knee Socks", but her name is just one word, "Kneesocks". Different sources use different names, but I'd personally say to go with "Kneesocks".
*Also, perhaps move "I Want You" to tags since the source/artist/title is long enough already...
*Kiai only on two diffs? ):
*I'm really not sure about normal/soft-hitnormal. The bass thumping is a nice effect, but being used on every note prevents some audio feedback from being heard. I'd much rather see this custom sound used often throughout the map as opposed to every note.

[Timing]
*I actually expected the metronome resets to be at 02:17:788 and 03:35:597.
*First uninherited section should be a measure earlier (-16) since the music starts there.
*However, the timing feels a bit off, and this is what I got: A flat BPM of 128.000 with offsets of -19, 137793, and 215605. I tested this over and over again on both Hard and Insane, with and without hitsounds, and it feels just about perfect to me.
*Remember to resnap all inherited sections and notes after changing the timing (especially on Larto's diff with the slider speed changes).

[Gladi's Normal]
*5 AR is a bit high for the easiest diff. I suggest lowering this 1-2 ticks.
*Since this is the easiest difficulty in the set, I'd really like to see the largest circle size used (especially since the spacing is a bit more oriented towards a Normal than an Easy).
00:37:247 (6) - Spacing is too far from (5). I suggest either stacking this on the end of (5) or extending (5) to here.
00:52:949 (1) - I suppose this isn't as bad as the above since it's a slider which allows more leniency...
00:54:707 (3) - ughhh those sliderticks don't sound so great... (same comment for the other sliders that repeat like this); or maybe you could see if tick rate 1 sounds any better
01:27:635 (3,4,5) - why not just stack these?
01:37:244 (6) - same stacking suggestion as 00:37:247 (6)
01:43:103 (4) - ^ or at least put this a bit closer to the end of (3)
01:50:603 (3) - Might wanna unstack this to make sure the repeat arrow underneath is viable.
02:13:102 (4) - same as 01:43:103 (4).
03:37:238 (3) - ^
03:52:940 (4) - ^

[Hard]
*AR felt a bit high in this difficulty as well. I really suggest lowering it 1 tick.
00:22:482 (1,2) - spacing?
00:35:840 (7) - ahhh those ticks ): (same comment for other triplet sliders)
*I stopped modding this difficultly after the first break. This was a [Hard], but started turning into an [Insane] with the long streams and some near-hidden sliders. I wouldn't call this a true Insane like Larto's diff, but this difficulty just doesn't feel appropriate spread-wise. I don't want to tell you to "dumb" down the difficulty, but I think it should be a bit easier.
EDIT: Just to note, I had an easier time with Insane's streams than this difficulty's (a lot of these seemed to be more oriented towards blue ticks).

[Backfire's Taiko]
*Many of the inherited lines are unsnapped, so you may want to check and see if you're getting the correct samplesets.
*Another problem with the unsnapped inherited sections is that the 1.5x speed change doesn't apply to 03:35:597 (1), thus making the scrolling look weird.
*100% volume is a bit high compared to the song imo. I suggest lowering it throughout the map a bit.

[Larto's Insane]
*Why is the OD so low? Raise it at least one tick, please.
00:18:497 (16) - spacing could be a bit more consistent between the previous and following notes(nazi)
00:44:629 (1,2) - Do these really need to be 1/8 sliders? Why not just make them circles?
01:52:595 (1,2) - ^
02:18:257 (2) - seemed a bit further away than the other 1/4 notes and sliders (nazi)
02:32:436 (1,2) - same 1/8 comments
02:37:241 (3,4) - I really suggest not doing this (or make 4 a new combo instead) since one can't tell which is the note and which is the slider (especially with snaking sliders disabled). I guess it's not TOO bad, but it's the only time you do it in the difficulty, which doesn't make much sense either.
03:02:435 (2,3) - same 1/8 comments
03:03:724 (8,9) - I didn't realize that these were 1/4 apart since you have almost every other 1/4 note overlapped.
03:08:529 (3,4) - ^ (I guess it becomes apparent since it keeps being used throughout this section, however...)
03:17:786 - Here we're back to 1/2 notes with the previous section's 1/4 spacing. :/
03:29:036 (1) - For what it's worth, you had a note here with the spinner 1/4 earlier at the beginning of the map.
03:50:480 (1) - 1/8
03:57:862 - I expected a note here.
04:03:721 (1) - Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh totally caught me off-guard switching from 1.75x to 0.5x .____.; How about switching this to 0.75x?

;~; so much negative energy going on in here. tbh the only way I can fix the spread is to add another hard, my hard is a hard it was just mapped towards the music more and I'm getting tired of here others say anything on a blue tick should be considered harder just listen to the damn music this isn't 1/2 clicks till the song is over :| Thanks for looking at the timing derek I'll get to changing the diff around soon, but making the extra hard will take some time 4+ min song = forever and a day to map it.
Lybydose
You guys are all nuts.

The timing is 128 bpm // 1868 offset.

That's it. The only other sections needed are for setting the metronome. There are no weird bpms or offset changes or whatever it is you guys are doing. The white line fixes are at 137807 and 215619.

[TimingPoints]
1868,468.750376386071,4,2,0,71,1,0
137807,468.750376386071,4,2,0,71,1,0
215619,468.750376386071,4,2,0,71,1,0

Also "average mistimed hits" whatever is meaningless, I set the offset to +60 for half the song and still got average 0ms early.

EDIT:

While I'm here

Larto:

The 1/8 sliders are dumb. They might be a bit less dumb if they actually stacked properly and didn't look like stack leniency 0 (aka go manually stack them or something). As it stands right now they don't stack at all. I'd rather have them as single notes because 1/8 beat length sliders are really stupid and it's actually easier to hit it "perfectly" by smashing your keyboard rather than actually trying to hit it right, but whatever.

The 0.5x slider at the end is completely unexpected and the ticks don't help anything (this is why I want a better speed change indicator feature).

ok, this is only a small mod.

03:57:862 in my opinion, it should be a note here.
04:03:721 (1) - this is to slow down very much, most people will miss and they have to play the whole song again to get full combo, so I suggest not slow down that much.

I have to disagree with Lyby's timing. The drums between 30s-45s feel quite late with the offset he gave (then again, the drums there are played extremely weird).

- 02:17:805 (1,2,4,3) - Sliders snapped onto each other/wrong snap

Backfire's Taiko:
- Fix your inherited timing sections after the new timing, they aren't snapped correctly

Hard:
- Fix your inherited timing sections after the new timing, they aren't snapped correctly
- 01:20:852 (1,2) - This is dumb, by doing this you kind imply you're going to follow the vocals, but instead do a stream that starts on a blue tick. None of the other streams start on blue ticks, so I suggest to make this feel better just map it like you did the other streams during this section and no follow the "woo woo" shit or w/e
- 01:50:852 (2) - Maybe find some way to not hide this note behind the slider end? Even though it not fully cover, maybe just move that 2 up a bit
Something like that IDK
- 02:11:711 (3) - Same deal as before, just looks kinda meh.

Gladi's Normal:
- Unsnapped notes like mad here, fix em.
- If you really want to be awesome you can fix your one inherited timing section thats wrongly snapped, but uhh I guess that doesn't matter

Not sure, but I saw some that weren't. You should double check yourself anyway...
Lybydose
I didn't snap inherited sections because it's pointless and a huge waste of time.

I did fix the problem in Larto's difficulty though, just copy this and all the sliders fix themselves (don't put this in any other difficulties):

Kudosu star for Larto's difficulty.

Only for that, I didn't see the others yet, this one is enough awesomeness for me.

EDIT: only these two things felt weird to me:
03:43:820 (3) - intentionally stacked that way?
03:57:882 - add a beat here?

Nice song and map! ;)
If you want a red skin for this map i can do this thing
Rukario
Changed a timing section in Gladi's diff that screwed up some hitsounds of that section.
The spread could be better but we can't force anyone.
And I think the 1/8 slider in Larto's diff are completly fine.

01:27 <jericho2442> : yo
01:27 *jericho2442 is editing (TeddyLoid - Theme for Scanty & Knee Socks)[http://osu.ppy.sh/s/24886]
01:27 <jericho2442> : on your diff
01:27 <jericho2442> : 03:14:172 (3,4,5,6) - whats with the totally random spacing change?
01:28 <jericho2442> : how does it relate to the song and the current feels you are trying to use?
01:28 <Larto> : I don't really know, I just thought it looked nicer this way
01:28 <Larto> : And that both should be recognizable as 1/4
01:28 <Larto> : Though I suppose it COULD be a little confusing
01:29 <jericho2442> : it IS confusing, and also makes the next patterns spacing hard to read, due to it being larger spacing and
01:29 <jericho2442> : almost amkes the player want to go 1/2
01:29 <jericho2442> : xD
01:29 <Larto> : lovely
01:29 <Larto> : oh well i don't mind ztrot's bubble being popped teeheeeeeeeeeee
01:30 <jericho2442> : also why is the slowdown section identical spacing to the fast part before it?
01:30 <Larto> : The slowdown section
01:30 <Larto> : ?
01:30 <Larto> : Do you mean the slider at the end
01:30 <jericho2442> : with a totally random spacing increase 03:26:711 (7,8,9,10,11) -
01:30 <Larto> : Oh that
01:31 <Larto> : Well, I'd assume that you can easily read the stack 03:17:453 (1,2,3,4) - as being faster than the spaced-out
01:31 <Larto> : notes
01:31 <Larto> : Because stacks usually are
01:31 <Larto> : And the spacing increment is just a small sacrifice for a pretty-ish pattern
01:32 <Larto> : I don't think that that's confusing, the whole part before it is pure 1/2, a small spacing increment won't make the
01:32 <Larto> : player believe that it's suddenly 3/4 or 1/1 apart
01:32 <jericho2442> : its the pattern before it, the softer part of the song just HITS suddenly, and it takes the player abit of time
01:32 <jericho2442> : to notice and get used to it, and it having the same spacing as fast combo before it, was rather odd
01:33 <jericho2442> : talking about the slowdown change here
01:33 <Larto> : I see
01:33 <jericho2442> : 03:16:281 (4,5,6,7,8,9,1,2,3,4,5,6) -
01:33 <jericho2442> : i think you can notice what i mean preeetty easy
01:33 <Larto> : Well, changing either parts of this would be enormously time-consuming now
01:34 <jericho2442> : so you would rather leave it confusing than doing an improvement?
01:34 <Larto> : I could remap the fast pattern, but I believe the spacing suitsit
01:34 <Larto> : *suits it
01:34 <Larto> : i didn't say that
01:34 <Larto> : and increasing the spacing on the whole 1/2 part is ugh
01:34 <Larto> : i could do it
01:34 <Larto> : i wouldn't want to, but i could
01:35 <jericho2442> : or you could shorten the spacing on the fast part to all like this 03:10:422 (3,4) -
01:35 <jericho2442> : which would then show a difference between the spacing
01:35 <Larto> : as I said, i think the spacing on the fast pattern is fitting
01:35 <Larto> : i'll remap the slow part
01:37 <jericho2442> : only small but why do these overlap? 03:44:054 (4,5,6) -
01:37 <jericho2442> : your spacing is abit bigger in this section than taht
01:37 <Larto> : fixing
01:38 <Larto> : http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/131319 big enough?
01:39 <jericho2442> : hmm seems you have quite a few small errors like that if you wanna improve the "pretty" xD
01:39 <jericho2442> : like 00:44:993 (3,4) - should be abit bigger ect
01:39 <jericho2442> : and yea thats fine
01:40 <jericho2442> : pretty large difference here too 00:55:774 (15,1,2) -
01:40 <jericho2442> : only small i kno, but kinda ugly
01:40 <jericho2442> : 01:14:993 (1,2) - blah blah i think you know what im meaning xD
01:40 <jericho2442> : only super fast fixes anyway
01:42 <Larto> : I actually like 00:44:993 (3,4) -
01:42 <Larto> : Of course I could move it out by two grids but I like something about this spacing
01:42 <jericho2442> : well yea as i said, they are only cosmetic
01:42 <jericho2442> : check for any you might of missed what you "dont" like
01:43 <jericho2442> : oh found a large spacing before you started to use the large style 02:17:805 (1,2) -
01:44 <jericho2442> : only slider in this section with the large spacing, after it you have the overlapped spacing again
01:44 <Larto> : fixed
01:44 <jericho2442> : im guessing this was done for pattern? 02:29:055 (1,2,3) -
01:44 <Larto> : fixed that just now too
01:45 <Larto> : i made this map a while ago so there actually is a lot of stuff that looks slightly odd
01:45 <jericho2442> : well now is a perfect time to fix them!! xD
01:45 <Larto> : i guess
01:45 <jericho2442> : last thing you want is a ranked map with stuff you know you could of improved
01:47 <jericho2442> : 03:03:742 (8,9) - and 03:07:492 (4,5) - same music pattern, timing pattern, yet inconsistent?
01:47 <jericho2442> : spacing wise
01:48 <Larto> : fixed i guess
01:50 <jericho2442> : just seems you got hit by the inconsistent bug xD
01:51 <jericho2442> : hmm last one 03:10:422 (3,4) - is that meant to be the small spacing again?
01:53 <Larto> : Fixord
01:53 <jericho2442> : well proof check your map and make sure your happy with everything i guess xD then up it for ztrot in the

00:57 <jericho2442> : maybe H flip the (1)
01:00 <jericho2442> : 01:40:539 (5,6,7) - this abit blind because of the hitbursts before it?
01:01 <jericho2442> : 01:41:125 (1) - this kinda feels out of time, seems that it should be on the white tick
01:02 <jericho2442> : which also follows 01:43:118 (1) - better

    01:26:946 (2) - new combo
01:41:125 (1) - place on white tick for playabilities sake
02:09:368 (4) - new combo
03:27:180 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - wouldn't this make more sense if you horizontal flipped this. (1) is opposite from 03:26:242 (2) - of the previous combo. I kinda thought this was supposed to be a Hard diff.
03:31:398 (1) - why does this have a new combo when 00:28:586 (4,5,6) - doesn't.
03:38:195 (3) - why is this so far from (2)
03:48:273 (5) - new combo
might as well call this an insane lol

[General]
*Move the first offset to -7 since the music starts there. There's nothing wrong with having negative offsets.

[Gladi's Normal]
*It doesn't look like anything was changed in this difficulty. Did Gladi even check my last mod post? o.o;

[Hard]
00:23:430 (2,1) - that's way too large of a jump... Horizontally flip 00:22:493 (1,2) to fix that.
*It looks like you didn't make any other changes in this difficulty... Again, this feels more like an Insane. It's not as hard as Larto's diff, but it makes the difficulty spread very unbalanced overall. Gladi's diff is between an Easy and a Normal, and then you basically have two Insanes. If you want to keep this diff, then you can change this to "Insane" and make/obtain a "Hard", or remap this as a Hard.

[Backfire's Taiko]
*Fine, although I'd like to see more finishes!

[Larto's Insane]
*Fun, and I only have one last nazi complaint:
00:18:274 (15,16,1) - You said you fixed this, but the spacing is still inconsistent. ):

[Gladi's Normal]
*5 AR is a bit high for the easiest diff. I suggest lowering this 1-2 ticks. No.
*Since this is the easiest difficulty in the set, I'd really like to see the largest circle size used (especially since the spacing is a bit more oriented towards a Normal than an Easy). No. Like you said; it's a normal.
00:37:247 (6) - Spacing is too far from (5). I suggest either stacking this on the end of (5) or extending (5) to here. The spacing is perfect. I'd suggest you pressing down ALT button before you say my spacing isn't correct~
00:52:949 (1) - I suppose this isn't as bad as the above since it's a slider which allows more leniency... ok.
00:54:707 (3) - ughhh those sliderticks don't sound so great... (same comment for the other sliders that repeat like this); or maybe you could see if tick rate 1 sounds any better Up to ztrot... I have absolutely no problem with the tickrate, but if ztrot wants 1, it'll be 1.
01:27:635 (3,4,5) - why not just stack these? Because there is a music switch on (5). The music switch is more well played if it's not part of the stack. Why? Because a switch in music should also indicate a switch in pattern if you ask me. Stacking it would make it indicate as if there won't be a music switch. This way it sounds more sexy to me and will also play better and it'll fit with the music so much better.
01:37:244 (6) - same stacking suggestion as 00:37:247 (6) It's not too far.
01:43:103 (4) - ^ or at least put this a bit closer to the end of (3) No.
01:50:603 (3) - Might wanna unstack this to make sure the repeat arrow underneath is viable. No. This sort of slider has been used through-out the map at certain points in the music. People who play the map will understand that it's only logic to have at this point the exact same kind of slider.
02:13:102 (4) - same as 01:43:103 (4). No.
03:37:238 (3) - ^
03:52:940 (4) - ^

Gladi: Just because a map is perfectly distance snapped doesn't mean that it's appropriate. Your spacing is fine for a Normal, but if this is going to be the easiest difficulty in the set then it needs to be easier. Unless ztrot plans to map an Easy or get a guest difficulty, then I really can't accept your refusal to make changes. :/
Ephemeral
Gladi's normal is appropriate for the difficulty curve and well constructed.

I can't see any other issues with this map. Rebubbled.

[Larto's Insane]
I really.... what happened to your diff D: oh well
02:14:407 - Insert a break here, the drain is too high.
03:33:390 - ^

[Gladi's Normal]
Sliders feel too fast i recommend you slow them down.
01:50:852 (4) - Second repeat arrow is hidden! http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/153876

As for ztrot's Heavy diff? it's fine for a Hard imo, popping over hidden slider reverse arrow
Topic Starter
ztrot
Fixed the hidden slider and placed a spinner over one of the suggested diffs break points the other one feels okay to me in terms of drain also, kept the slider speed it was fine considering how the rest of the set is set up.
Sakura
Sorry ztrot, but i agree with Derek on the fact that Gladi's Normal is far too difficult for a beginner difficulty, either that difficulty needs to be toned down, or add an Easy.
Topic Starter
ztrot
Well I personally feel that the normal is fine for a normal. If you want to hold this back from ranking for the sole reason that the normal is to hard for a normal, look at the star rating it is 3 stars! I don't know what more I could do at this point I'd rather not map another diff so if this map must be forever pending than so be it.
