Jeezus more than 250 spacing errors on Larto's diff. Then again AiMod is mental.
The Dark Red combo color is hard to see when its over scanty and knee-socks in the BG. consider a possible change of color?

Gladi's Normal:
02:13:102 (4,1) - (suggestion) These are kinda close together on the timeline for a Normal, perhaps start the spinner on the next red tick?

Hard:
00:47:793 (4) - turn off distance snap and move one grid point to the left? it makes it even with previous notes.
03:53:409 (4) - same as the above mod except to the right one grid point.

Larto's Insane:
00:18:029 (14,15,16) - center note 15 among 14,16. (I think its 1 to the right.)
00:44:864 (2) - please don't place this slider on the next slider. It looks ugly and does not play well in my opinion. Flip this to the other side of the beginning next slider.
03:40:295 (5) - this here slider is touching the HP bar.
This is like a mix of old classic and new style larto maps.

- Check your red timing sections because Lartroll's are different.
- I'm also not completely sure about the offset itself, you might want someone to check that. I kept hitting everything late in the first part and then it got better later. Then everything was really late. This was on Lartoast's diff, mind you.
- It would be quite nice in the summertime if you put a decrescendo on the last spinner.

02:02:789 (4,1) - Pattern could be confusing for the easiest difficulty, or maybe that's just my paranoia again.
02:35:014 (4) - Again about the slider thing, you could make it into a slider with one repeat and a note.
02:47:787 (1) - I feel like I've been repeating myself a lot so think about cake.
03:31:848 - Maaaybe put a break here? 3.7 seconds of drain is quite a bit.

Also it turns out that the suggestion I had about break dragging is sort of invalidated by the fact that ztrot's difficulties use it too so I would be making everyone change and that would be sort of a lot. But I also just realized that Larto did it like this and I think his way is cooler, but you can disagree.

Fixed the claps. Didn't change the 1/4 or add in the note. The spinner is also fine.

The break time was recently deleted, I have no idea why. Adding it back in~~ (I find a break more epic than nothing there @ztrot)

I hate break dragging. It looks and plays HORRIBLE imo. It always makes me think that I have to hit another note and the--- RANDOM BREAK GEFAGTLH. So yeah~~
Multiple repeats and confusing? You just keep your mouse on it~ nothing confusing about it. Having it split up with notes etc. will be confusin, because hitting notes on blue ticks is a pain in the aars.
I added in the break again yes, it was there in the first place also. But ztrot (damn sletje <3) decided to delete it~~

Humm, well I never felt it empty, but I suppose so. Also, I didnt change the timing, nor do I know exactly how much it is off by. I will leave it up to ztrot to fix that. I didn't delete the note from the stream, btw. Its much too sexy.

Ok fixed a lot of broken stuff on Larto's diff, moved a note on [Hard], deleted an extra red line on Taiko, fixed last offset on Taiko, resnapped ~390 notes on Taiko, then fixed Larto's diff once again because of unsnapped slider end and kiai.... god that was a lot X_X

Cherry Bubble~ NatsumeRin has a point, popping for now

Note: This map breaks a lot everytime it updates apparently, im really hoping if changes are REALLY NECESSARY before ranking to get another bubble first in case something breaks again.

Score Spread: 2M-14M-16M, Hard HP8 OD7, Insane HP7 OD6.

This bubble... are you kidding me?

Larto's Insane has very nice thoughts there, Hard is fun to play but too many streams (makes the diff spread really awful), have a star.

Edit: yeah, let's get things right before ranked.

Also make a taiko BG if you're not so busy.

If you are willing to help then please by all means instead of giving me the 1st offset and then leaving it as it how about a more in depth and detailed timing if not this one works fine.

I'll fix the settings a bit too

Edit yeah I see no reason for a taiko BG if someone wants to make one fine by me.

Current timing has serious mistake at the part around 03:29:052 (in your timing, 03:29:036, about 15ms difference)

If you guys insist to bubble-rank this without even bother to doublecheck the timing, shame on you.

Difficulty spread is still poor (not only scores), Normal have few 1/2 circles, but Hard have many 1/4 streams, could you call it a nice spread?

Also you could ask a timing expert (Lybydose?) to make it sure for you.

the 2 timing has at least 8ms difference (from the beginning), and it's growing higher, how could you get them with only 5ms difference.

Also as already said, 3rd section is for a offset reset.

Someone doublecheck this?

Edit: pop it again if timing is wrong, otherwise, lol, i don't mind the diff spread that much.

And i can't even earn a kudosu by saying those!

Yeah keeping my bubble the timing is fine afaik and spread isn't super happy but it fits the score gap is large but not really game breaking.

*I'm unsure of the title. The OST has "Knee Socks", but her name is just one word, "Kneesocks". Different sources use different names, but I'd personally say to go with "Kneesocks".
*Also, perhaps move "I Want You" to tags since the source/artist/title is long enough already...
*Kiai only on two diffs? ):
*I'm really not sure about normal/soft-hitnormal. The bass thumping is a nice effect, but being used on every note prevents some audio feedback from being heard. I'd much rather see this custom sound used often throughout the map as opposed to every note.

[Timing]
*I actually expected the metronome resets to be at 02:17:788 and 03:35:597.
*First uninherited section should be a measure earlier (-16) since the music starts there.
*However, the timing feels a bit off, and this is what I got: A flat BPM of 128.000 with offsets of -19, 137793, and 215605. I tested this over and over again on both Hard and Insane, with and without hitsounds, and it feels just about perfect to me.
*Remember to resnap all inherited sections and notes after changing the timing (especially on Larto's diff with the slider speed changes).

[Gladi's Normal]
*5 AR is a bit high for the easiest diff. I suggest lowering this 1-2 ticks.
*Since this is the easiest difficulty in the set, I'd really like to see the largest circle size used (especially since the spacing is a bit more oriented towards a Normal than an Easy).
00:37:247 (6) - Spacing is too far from (5). I suggest either stacking this on the end of (5) or extending (5) to here.
00:52:949 (1) - I suppose this isn't as bad as the above since it's a slider which allows more leniency...
00:54:707 (3) - ughhh those sliderticks don't sound so great... (same comment for the other sliders that repeat like this); or maybe you could see if tick rate 1 sounds any better
01:27:635 (3,4,5) - why not just stack these?
01:37:244 (6) - same stacking suggestion as 00:37:247 (6)
01:43:103 (4) - ^ or at least put this a bit closer to the end of (3)
01:50:603 (3) - Might wanna unstack this to make sure the repeat arrow underneath is viable.

*I stopped modding this difficultly after the first break. This was a [Hard], but started turning into an [Insane] with the long streams and some near-hidden sliders. I wouldn't call this a true Insane like Larto's diff, but this difficulty just doesn't feel appropriate spread-wise. I don't want to tell you to "dumb" down the difficulty, but I think it should be a bit easier.
EDIT: Just to note, I had an easier time with Insane's streams than this difficulty's (a lot of these seemed to be more oriented towards blue ticks).

[Backfire's Taiko]
*Many of the inherited lines are unsnapped, so you may want to check and see if you're getting the correct samplesets.
*Another problem with the unsnapped inherited sections is that the 1.5x speed change doesn't apply to 03:35:597 (1), thus making the scrolling look weird.
*100% volume is a bit high compared to the song imo. I suggest lowering it throughout the map a bit.

[Larto's Insane]
*Why is the OD so low? Raise it at least one tick, please.

;~; so much negative energy going on in here. tbh the only way I can fix the spread is to add another hard, my hard is a hard it was just mapped towards the music more and I'm getting tired of here others say anything on a blue tick should be considered harder just listen to the damn music this isn't 1/2 clicks till the song is over :| Thanks for looking at the timing derek I'll get to changing the diff around soon, but making the extra hard will take some time 4+ min song = forever and a day to map it.

The timing is 128 bpm // 1868 offset.

That's it. The only other sections needed are for setting the metronome. There are no weird bpms or offset changes or whatever it is you guys are doing. The white line fixes are at 137807 and 215619.

Larto:

The 1/8 sliders are dumb. They might be a bit less dumb if they actually stacked properly and didn't look like stack leniency 0 (aka go manually stack them or something). As it stands right now they don't stack at all. I'd rather have them as single notes because 1/8 beat length sliders are really stupid and it's actually easier to hit it "perfectly" by smashing your keyboard rather than actually trying to hit it right, but whatever.

The 0.5x slider at the end is completely unexpected and the ticks don't help anything (this is why I want a better speed change indicator feature).

04:03:721 (1) - this is to slow down very much, most people will miss and they have to play the whole song again to get full combo, so I suggest not slow down that much.

Changed a timing section in Gladi's diff that screwed up some hitsounds of that section.
The spread could be better but we can't force anyone.

*It looks like you didn't make any other changes in this difficulty... Again, this feels more like an Insane. It's not as hard as Larto's diff, but it makes the difficulty spread very unbalanced overall. Gladi's diff is between an Easy and a Normal, and then you basically have two Insanes. If you want to keep this diff, then you can change this to "Insane" and make/obtain a "Hard", or remap this as a Hard.

I made loads of changes and as for a hard I'll try to make one at a later time right now I'm not going to bother with it and I don't really want to ask for another guest diff gladi did make changes but I bonked them up I was on my laptop and got back to my desktop and submitted without thinking so yeah :( thanks for the mod and I will work on it I'll come bug you again when I have the stuff ready.

This way it sounds more sexy to me and will also play better and it'll fit with the music so much better.
01:37:244 (6) - same stacking suggestion as 00:37:247 (6) It's not too far.
01:43:103 (4) - ^ or at least put this a bit closer to the end of (3) No.
01:50:603 (3) - Might wanna unstack this to make sure the repeat arrow underneath is viable. No. This sort of slider has been used through-out the map at certain points in the music. People who play the map will understand that it's only logic to have at this point the exact same kind of slider.

Gladi: Just because a map is perfectly distance snapped doesn't mean that it's appropriate. Your spacing is fine for a Normal, but if this is going to be the easiest difficulty in the set then it needs to be easier. Unless ztrot plans to map an Easy or get a guest difficulty, then I really can't accept your refusal to make changes. :/

nah I talked it over with a few guys and we felt the spread was a bit rocky but not needing a 2nd hard seeing as the other one was pretty much a hard.

Fixed the hidden slider and placed a spinner over one of the suggested diffs break points the other one feels okay to me in terms of drain also, kept the slider speed it was fine considering how the rest of the set is set up.

Sorry ztrot, but i agree with Derek on the fact that Gladi's Normal is far too difficult for a beginner difficulty, either that difficulty needs to be toned down, or add an Easy.

Well I personally feel that the normal is fine for a normal. If you want to hold this back from ranking for the sole reason that the normal is to hard for a normal, look at the star rating it is 3 stars! I don't know what more I could do at this point I'd rather not map another diff so if this map must be forever pending than so be it.

Slider velocity isn't that bad considering it's only 128 BPM. Hell, the newly ranked map Starmine has roughly the same speed as this map. (Starmine has 174 BPM times 1.00x slider velocity, giving it 174 points of speed. This map has 128 BPM times 1.4 speed, which is 179.2 points. That's a mere 5.2 points, or, in other words, the same as if Starmine's easiest difficulty had a slider speed of 1.03 .)

okay so I pretty much suck at this game and even I can pass that normal, with HR and DT of all things, It really isn't that hard and if you can't pass it then you just shouldn't be playing Osu! to begin with.

I remember playing this map way back when I modded it thinking the normal was pretty easy (straightforward/predictable).

Updated the map and played it just now:





Again, for a normal, it's more on the easy side, which is preferable since it's the easiest difficulty. Personally, anything easier than this would be (especially considering the song) mind numbing/boring :(

ok just checked everything over again.

this Normal comes under the 3star limit, also the set does not have more than 2 of the same osu! mode difficulties at the same level, thus both factors of that are currently rankable.

the maps are pretty much perfect and all rankable and everything matches up nicely, yes its not the best spread but the flow between the difficulties it has suits, thus bubbling

pop if you find a "unrankable" issue i guess :|

I won't pop the bubble because I didn't check the other diffs in detail, the mapset seems okay tho.

As for anyone worrying about the difficulty spread, I know it isn't the best spread ever but the normal isn't too bad. There aren't any complex patterns in it and it should be a nice challenge for beginner players and still fun to play (+ most people seem to agree that it is easy enough for this mapset).
