Well, not telling you to change this, but I suppose you could put a finisher on 00:13:388 (38) too, just for easier playing since having small and big hits in a row makes it rather confusing to hit properly. Also, the emphasis is pretty similar to 00:13:213 (37) imo, compared to the other non-finisher in this sequence at 00:12:341 (32) is much better audibly justified with the quiet sound.
00:14:086 - Either add a hit here or at 00:13:737, or even both. This is an Inner Oni, so I'd expect a full match to the melody; adding a hit at 00:13:737 isn't as necessary if you want to preserve emphasis on the finisher at 00:13:562 (39) and upcoming finishers.
