- Your images are mainly in PNG form, and those like BG images can be in large size. Please change it into JPG to reduce the size a bit.
- I think you will need about 1500/2000 audio lead in there.
- If you maintain 3000 lead-in, switch on countdown for all diffs, otherwise close for all of them.
- Inconsistency in preview time for all diff, try to reset it once again.
- Inconsistency for tags in [Nodric 5]
- Please snap all the kiai time start and ending on beats.

Song setup -> audio -> music track - audio lead-in
osu! gameplay plays the song from 00:00:00. So if the music starts to early, players' reaction time for the first note may not be enough, then we need audio lead-in. If we hv 2000ms of audio lead-in, we have 2000ms of blank before music starts from 00:00:00. It's suggested that you should at least leave ~2-2.5 seconds before the first note comes.
