if its a normal, OD -2, remove some notes if possible. if its a hard, u can HR+1or even +2 i think. I -1 on OD

Also for the hit sound,i think u should re-do it in some sections. be careful at some detailed parts such as the shape of a sliders. though they do not have big differences, it Does affect ur map. try to make them in same shapes if possible to see if it make u feel better.
