ok rare this happens but this is a complete osu original beatmap,

the song is created by Danzai and the BG is created by me using nothing but images from osu

this is the perfect set of maps for you new players to learn to play with.

so to the pro's dont come here expecting a very hard insane.

01:15:686 - Yeah I don't think kiai works very well with this song.
01:25:440 (1) - The way the hitsound volume decreases here is pretty bad. If anything, decrease it at 01:27:879 - and 01:30:317 -

Easy:

Considering how the previous patterns were arranged...
01:03:493 (1) - Remove new combo.
01:08:370 (1) - Remove new combo.

This has not been set as an absolute rule yet (although maps that are around 40 seconds are still not meant to be allowed)
It has also not been decided if 1 minute is just play time or if it includes breaks (up to BAT's to make a list of rules for this)

Even if you did say the break doesn't count it is 57 seconds of playtime, no one is going to say thats unrankable (no BAT will say that is unrankable)

I was under the impression that many people believe that no ranked map deserves a rating of 1 since it meets basic ranking criteria (most of the time) and therefore can't suck that bad. Though I do agree that it gets annoying for people to complain about it EVERY TIME a map gets ranked, particularly for songs that aren't kawaii desu uguu. Furthermore:
