Complain about hitsound?, just remove hitsound file you don't like from song folder, it's easy and free!

i don't know, but maybe use a semi-more related bg? I'd suggest this, since high scores are mostly for arcade games and arcade machines - I think you get it (since if you want, I can create an sb with it, your call.)

Extra and GameOver diffs mods might not be quite objective, since I can't really play above 6stars.

I was wondering, is it ok to end diffs at different points without any real reason? I mean you could have ended GameOver t the end of 04:00:519 (1) or the other ones at the far end of the song, I'm unsure about this...

Why putting 1.3 timming sections everywhere? Makes modifications so annoying... Seriously using an SV of ~=156 and always x1 on timming sections is more intuitive, right? Anyways just letting you know, I guess it doesn't matters anymore ^^

- 01:54:656 (1,2,3) - There's something wrong with this pattern that sometimes causes me to miss one of these circles.
- 01:56:974 (2,3) - Too close. This is so wrong. Also try not to overlap (1) and (3).
- 01:57:519 (4,5) - Rotate 180 degrees? Maybe?
- 02:09:110 (1,2,3,4) - Pattern looks half-arsed. Please change.
- 02:23:292 (1,2,3,4) - Don't overlap! It's not nice.
- 02:24:928 (1,2,3,4) - Ctrl+J? Try it.
- 03:30:383 (3,4) - Ctrl+G?
- 03:34:883 (4,5) - I would prefer a downward flow here. 03:35:156 (6,7) - Then maybe move these stuff above (3).

random opinion on one pattern

-> 02:05:837 (1,2,3,4) - Please dont do this. You have so much movement from the previous patterns and this one just makes you slow down in such an awkward way, I (read as: I) find it almost impossible to play even.
3 -> 1 is fine, since theres tons of movement before that, so it's basically "just another jump"
1 -> 2 is an antijump on the other hand, made worse by the fact that the angle from the previous jump to this one is below 90°, which makes it more difficult to aim/snap.
2 -> 3 is placed in a straight line like the previous antijump, but forces you to gain more movement again after you were forced to slow down - which is annoying and awkward to play. You basically have to force your hand to do this.

Just do something like 02:03:247 (1,2,3,1) - there

It's already high enough as it is. Fort, please don't give in to the pressure of people who can't read. 9.5 is far high enough for a map like this, probably perfect. Any higher would be overkill and make it less playable for me and I'm sure most of the people asking for it to be higher would be struggling if it was higher too.

As long as the AR is sensible it should be the decision of the mapper. This is perfectly fine as it is.
