The changing spacing in this diff is really what kills this. Either put the effort in to fix it or remap, otherwise:

00:51:137 (2) - This note positioned here makes 00:50:977 (1,2,3) - look awkward as shit
00:54:328 (2) - x:232, y:276 is a more consistent blanket for the next section of notes
01:14:435 (3) - Try x:272, y:148 :^)
01:16:669 (1,2,3,4,5) - This whole pattern is inconsistent and plays super awkward because of it

01:03:903 - to end, justified to my claim on the beginning of the easy diff mod, the low spacing causes this map to feel and appear unbearably clustered; something that we do not want in 2015 and the upcoming year of 2016. If this were to get ranked, you would need to time warp up to 2012. Even then its not a guarantee.

Even though this diff has gone through alot of polishing, if its bad to begin with, it will always be bad. remap is recommended, coz your mapping style MUSTVE changed in the course of one year. (in the case in which it didnt, youre fucked.)

alright here's some quick opinions for easy and normal because fuck i was bored

Honestly you're better off remapping this, and here's why:
00:05:020 (3,1) - Stuff like this is kinda FUCK for newbies because it throws em WAY off, 1/2 in an easy is generally a bad idea at this BPM anyway
The slow parts are in 2/1, which by itself is not a problem, but when you have sudden jerky transitions like 00:20:977 (3,1,2,3,1) - (1/2 AGAIN owntrolf WHAT ARE you DOING) it can be REALLY awkward and i mean REALLY awkward
01:15:871 (1) - Stuff like this is WEIRD since the slider doesn't seem to be following an obvious rhythm
01:18:424 (4,1) - All of the weird changes in slider length, such as here, may fit within the song but ONCE AGAIN confusing the heck out of a new player, might just want to stick to a 1/1 rhythm with an occasional 2/1 slider when it fits within the song
If you don't want to remap it that's k but I think you'd benefit greatly from doing so.

I'm really disappointed in you BeatofIke. It feels like you only bubbled this because you felt obligated to rather than trying to improve the quality of the mapset before pushing it forward.
Whatever the case may be, I'll address some issues in the last difficulty I hope you and Owntrolf should review first before trying to move this set any further.

Absolute Duo
Probably the only diff that's most trigger inducing in this set.

00:01:350 (6,1,2) - The way this is structured seems a bit odd because the way it's played seems like these 3 circles would be part of the same combo but they're split on the downbeat. Especially when you show a similar relationship with 00:01:828 (3,4,5) - it makes the former combo's (6) look a bit out of place.

00:04:381 (3,4,5) - Spacing difference here might be strange. ctrl-g the (5) could improve flow but the next combo would have to be adjusted to continue it.

00:05:818 (4,5,6,7) - the entire sequence spells laziness to me especially because the last part of this combo isn't a perfect triangle like the first part. why is that?

00:09:488 (3) - I would imagine this being around 66;79 to continue this flowy movement and the slider on the right side of this combo.

00:14:115 (1,2) - Rhythm should be ctrl-g'd to hit the downbeat but you do this so frequently (albeit a weak decision) that it'd be redundant to point them all out.

00:18:105 (7) - Should be NC'd since you do it previous combos. Sure the vocal is next but it's a weak decision imo..

00:19:222 (5) - NC since you do it before.

00:20:020 (1) - Remove NC

00:20:658 (3) - NC

00:17:147 (3,5,1) - I'm not sure what it is you're making with this formation of sliders since they don't really compliment each other nor overlap pleasantly. The flow also gets altered as you hit this so it doesn't really make sense to me..

00:19:222 (5) - NC problems again, you get the idea. I won't point these out anymore.

00:23:211 (7) - ^ one last one kek

00:32:786 (3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5) - I don't understand why split the stream so intently when the only difference between the first half and second is a drum beat. What could make for a neat effect is making either accelerating streams to empower the vocals or decelerating streams to emphasize the next section of the song. Either way might work better than what you have currently.

00:35:339 (3) - According to your logic, this should be NC'd as well where 00:34:860 (1) - gets no NC. This whole section has a bit of NC problems so keep them consistent pls.

One other thing - from a structural point - of view is just look at how congested this is 00:37:892 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,1) - they are all falling within the same boxed area within the editor. Nothing deviates these patterns apart which makes for a rather repetitive beatmap.

00:47:467 (1) - Why not make this slider blanket the previous slider's tail? Right now it overlaps unnecessarily so I'm just thinking about aesthetics with this.

00:49:701 (1) - You can reduce this slider by 1/2 to add a circle on the white and start an NC there with 4 beats. In that way: 00:51:296 (3) - will be NC'd on the downbeat.

00:51:775 (4) - this might look better if it was the same slider as (3) but flipped onto the other side instead.

00:59:754 (1) - remove NC and add NC 01:00:073 (3) -

01:01:190 (1,2) - NC stuff here too

01:01:350 (2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4) - this entire sequence might just be better if it was all circles and one or two consistent NCs.

01:05:179 (1) - Remove NC

01:06:296 (7,1,2,3,1) - DS varies here too much. Strong beats should have larger spacing (theoretically) than the weaker beats. Also NC problems and I think ion general the pattern could be improved so it doesn't look like, well, im not sure what design you were going with this entire thing 01:06:296 (7,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,1,2,3,4,5) -

01:16:669 (1,2,3) - Lots of undermapping here when the other diffs don't do it. Your previous phrase you didn't undermap it here either so why start undermapping?

01:19:860 (3) - personally I don't think these look attractive but that's debatable to whomever thinks otherwise.

01:21:296 (3) - Overlap seems a bit unnecessary here. Get partially overlapped with 01:21:775 (1) - and I think that those two sliders don't really work well, given just how much is being undermapped in the chorus. It's kiai time after all.

01:23:052 (1) - Might be better to map as circles to bring more emphasis around.

01:24:647 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - The second half is a bit off from being a perfect triangle.

01:27:201 (1,2,3) - Dunno about that overlap.

Keep in mind these are only SOME of the issues I have with THIS difficulty. I've ignored many structural flaws and lack of patterning alternatives, but that's something you can be able to create on your own given the proper circumstance. Editor space usage seems a bit tight too, so a lot of the combos and stuff are pretty congested and centralized when there's still a lot of room to use. The other difficulties definitely have some moddable things to look out for too but this diff in particular has the most issues imo from the entire set.

I'm not so concerned with the map itself, but moreso as to why BeatofIke thought it was in good reason to nominate and push this set forward when it's clearly not ready yet.

before you go on with this, i suggest you to have a read of t/465718

it explains alot in the sense of what we call 'structure' and what your map lacks of.

Right now there are various curved sliders placed without harmony in respect to each other, sure individually they may look nice, but they lack a place as a whole in the mapset. To simply put it, they don't look great together.

As a mapper we should all strive to place our objects so that they fit and interact with each other. Every object should look as if it compliments each other, and the map as a whole. Hence, we call it structure, because it explains each object building upon each other, giving everything a place to belong. A building isn't made by randomly placing beams and material on each other, but rather planned out and placed orderly so that each beam can support each other allowing it to climb the heights.

tldr; just click the god damn link and try to learn something form it xD
